Terrible ownership(Steve), management, and service. I worked at this location, and I was asked repeatedly to work off the clock. In fact, I just received a check in the mail for $700, as part of a class action lawsuit against Papa John’s for unpaid overtime. GM Kyle and driver Corey constantly used racist epithets against customers and coworkers. Conditions were unsanitary. Toxic environment.

Ordered a all meat large pizza and 16 wings. Wings are super small barely a 1in long with not very much meat on them. The pizza had almost no meat toppings. I will not be ordering anything else from them. Staff was great and doing a great job.

I got the barbecue chicken and bacon Pizza. And if you love that kind too, I would probably go to Idaho pizza company. It was visually plain/unappealing, but taste test proved it was like there was hardly any seasoning. Dough had no flavor. The only part that was awesome was the BBQ sauce.

Placed a order for delivery and was quoted about 28 minutes. Showed up at 50 minutes. Pizza had been sitting for a while as everything was dried up and starting to shrink from the crust. Garlic knots were not even warm. Did not bring extra dipping sauce or sauce that was requested at time of order

Ordered delivery around 1:50 pm did not get it 3:20pm. Only got half of what was ordered as people in the restaurant didn’t bother to even tell the person there was more with the order. Not to mention, it was cold by time, got it. Their service has really gone downhill they really need to go back to in-store delivery drivers instead of using the app due to any doordash driver and uber eats drivers can’t bother to read as well about items included in order too ignorant to bother. If you want to get your food from here, you will need to go directly to the store and be stern with them in-store to get a complete order and with it being hot. Or just don’t bother with ordering here. Worst experience ever.

Very fast. Friendly service. Not as good as other papa John’s I’ve had, but not terrible. Light on toppings and strangely split 5/3 slices instead of 50/50, which isn’t the best when trying to do half meat and half veggie.

Very upset and will never go back. We ordered 3 large pizzas. One cheese, two peperoni, and one order of breadsticks. It was over 60$. I pointed out the special that she had on the counter. 2 Large pizzas and soda for 22$. She told me she couldn’t do this deal because we got three pizzas. I said okay then we will do 4 pizzas. I can’t do that because its one per person. I said okay then my son will do one order. She quickly slide my card.

The pizza is still decent, but the service has gone down hill massively since they started using DoorDash to deliver instead of their own drivers. Every time it is through DoorDash something inevitably goes wrong, be it order details or length of time. Currently watching my DoorDash driver’s car sitting at the nearby Albertsons with my order in their vehicle. Assuming it is to pick something up for their next delivery but still… that’s my pizza sitting there getting colder and less fresh as we speak.
