What happened to this place? Wife and I used to only order Papa John’s. Everything was great from the food to the service. The last 2 times we have ordered crusts have been burnt tasting, sauces wrapped in foil, pizza not fully cut through, among many other things. I don’t know what is going on but will not be ordering for a while

Ordered at 6. Pepperoni, Hawaiian, garlic knots. Delivery 45-50 minutes. Called the store at 7:30 and apparently when they are too busy they send stuff out with door dash. No problem but call customers and let them know. They said if you don’t see it in an hour call back. REALLY!? Finally showed up 7:40. Typed the door dash guy, not his fault Papa John’s dropped the ball

Well I use to love this place. … ordered food from website. Does NOT say it goes through door dash. Got said food. Wrong papdia. Missing 2ltr. Driver told us we were wrong even though it’s right on the box. Called the store basically told me to drive up…..there is a reason we had it delivered. Good food, got a discout of 20% just for calling ahead, and picking it up myself. Ive also had a time when they messed up one of my pizzas in a 3 pie order, and they gave me the whole order again free whenever I order next time. Great service.

Used to be spot on. Spent over $90 on our order and my pizza was gross. Bottom on pizza was doughy and soggy, mush. Pick up a piece and everything, everything slides off. I called them because this has happened a lot. I was told it is because of the pineapple. It makes it soggy and I should have ordered it extra well done. This is from the manager. He stated it works for other customers. I said if they know this is a issue, why don’t they do this style pizza this way (extra well done)? He told me corporate will not allow them to do “extra well done” unless asked. I said “but they allow you to send “extra soggy and not done” pizza? It’s the new ingredients they are forced to use I was told. That’s why it used to taste great, now it’s garbage. I didn’t ask for a refund, I didn’t ask for a freebie, I wasn’t offered anything other than 50% off my next pizza IF I CALL…..no thanks, I’ll go somewhere else. Nasty.

By far the best customer service in the valley. Their pizza is always loaded with toppings and cooked to perfection and the only thing better than that is the price. Three large pizza’s, cheesy bread, garlic knots, and a 10 dollar tip delivered for $53.00.
