Ordered two large pizzas for delivery to a place on campus. The driver did not know where any building was located even with soecific instruction. They even called. The delivered two plates and only two crushed red pepers containers and that was it. Poor poor service.

Ordered pizza tonight. Tried to call GM Justin to let him know we had not received pizza and thought delivery driver was lost. He proceeded to tell me that the driver would call if he was lost. Awhile later like 20 min driver called lost. Gave driver directions. Called manager back requesting a refund since it was more than an hour since order was placed, manager Justin said ok and then proceed to hand up on me. I will never order pizza from this establishment again.Hire some GMs that have some customer service!

GM a complete @$$ hole hung up on my wife for asking about a status of our order. I called and he got attitude with me and threatened to call the cops. Not highly recommend at all unless you want the cops at your door for asking a question.

Our delivery driver ascended a steep snowy hill in a 2wd vehicle, walked up steep (shoveled) steps, endured my spoiled and friendly pitbulls (who don’t understand boundaries) to deliver us hot and delicious food. My wife, Mel, made the order and I answered the door. I pray she is recognized for her hard work and her kindness. What a superhero that woman is!
