Pizza took a while, but that I understand. What I find unacceptable is that the pizza tasted like dough. I work at a pizza joint, and I would have NEVER served that to any customer. Not even the homeless. Absolutely disgusting.

I had a unexpected need to place a really large order due to an emergency in my family. I (regret to admit that I first called Domino’s) however, they were very quick to explain that it was too close to the end of their night and although they feigned being sorry about my family emergency said that they simply could not help me because they had had a busy night and nobody there wanted to stay an extra 15 mins longer so they jokingly suggested I try Papa John’s. Thier condescending attitude turned out to be my saving grace.

Ordered the pizza online and delivery said about 35 to 45 minutes. I called after 1 hour and Dakota mentioned that the driver was at my residence which was an error he then clarified that he was three minutes away. 3 minutes turned into 18 and the pizza showed up about an hour and a half after originally ordered It was soggy, cold and pretty tasteless and to top it off the bottom pizza was crushed because of the three other pizzas and jalapeno poppers that were stacked on top of it and the little tiny bag. Very disappointing experience and disappointed with the customer service when call to inquire

Driver doesn’t get both pizzas I order so has to go back and get it call the manager on duty first time hung up on second time answered with an I don’t want to hear this tone in her voice she got upset that I requested that the pizza be remade since it might take another 30 minutes to travel 1.2 miles to my destination all I want to say is papa johns you need to do better.

Im in disbelief I ordered buf chix papadilla I got a folded pizza slice with cheese n sauce no ranch no chicken on half not parm crusted as stated followed with chix parm bites and got bread balls with cheese n marinara. So heinous I’m looking to see if the chicken fell somewhere maybe and the driver literally said ranch in the box yet I sit here with my hidden valley bottle I wish I could post pics of this ridiculous order…I’ll change to two stars for the refund good job manager at least

I hardly ever order carry out pizza but was in this area and hungry. When I walked in the music was so loud and obnoxious. The guy attempting to take my order couldn’t hear what I was saying. He didn’t offer to turn it down. I went outside to open the app to find and show him I wanted to order a large pizza with everything on it.
