I called to place an order, and an hour later when the order didn’t arrive we called to check the order and the general manager according to himself, Zeb said that no order was placed and I explained that I called and placed the order. He gave me all the addresses that he had in his system for that evening. Apparently the orders go through the call center so I called the call center the same way I did to place the order and they couldn’t find the order even after the charge was placed on my card. They transferred me back to the store and the call rang and then got disconnected. So we called the store and Zeb was extremely rude again and said he couldn’t do anything for me after the “shift lead” Bill stated he could help. Zeb couldn’t or wouldn’t help us so I called the call center again and they said to call the bank and dispute the charge and there was nothing they could do. By this time it was an hour and a half. After all this there was still no pizza and an no solution. This was by far the worst experience.

It’s about the food. Last 3 orders have been not very good at all. Cold. Undercooked. No sauce (well very very little). We ordered extra sauce this time and still got very little. Used to love Papa John’s ordered it almost every Sunday for game day. Not so happy lately. Service was fine call answered right away friendly and fast. Delivery good too.

This is the most terrible papa John pizza that I have ever seen. The crust is uneven on the small. The large has no bottom to it or sauce. Thin crust without being thin crust. Tried calling the store but they can’t operate a phone either. Hung up on me three times.

Very busy and understaffed store. Only 2 chairs to sit and wait inside. There is a bathroom but I got stuck inside because the bathroom door handle you have to turn upwards to get out. No sign letting the customers know they. Plan for your order to take a very long time for pickup or delivery. Parking close to the store is always bad too.
