I ordered from the Highlands Ranch location last Friday. Our order was not made correctly. I went online to share my experience and request a refund. Within an hour I had a voice-mail (the caller did not leave her name) apologizing and honoring my refund request. Excellent customer service!!!! For the company to take accountability and action to rectify my dissatisfaction is so rare now a days. Thank you for being so diligent Papa John’s Highlands Ranch! We will be back to try again!

Omg I still cannot believe for $35 the delivery service we got. Placed an order at 6:30. At 7:30 w ease that the delivery driver was out and about. At 7:48 called, was told that the pizza had been delivered. We have ring door bell. No pizza. Called and was told I was wrong, that the pizza had been delivered. When it finally arrived, the deliver person was so rude…and I mean so rude!!!! We have it all on Ring camera with the voice!

The pizza tracker is a fun way to track the progress of your pizza if you’re running errands in the area. We got The Works Pizza and it’s amazing. The menu is good and not overwhelming. Have ordered pizza from this location plenty of times over the past 10+ years. I always request the pizza to be cooked well done. This time around, the pizzas I ordered were undercooked; the dough was raw and all of the toppings were barely warm and the cheese wasn’t melted. It’s disappointing to look forward to dinner and it’s not even edible unless you rebake it yourself.
