Great pizza! We had gotten the XL NY style pizza and it honestly tasted like just like a regular pizza only thinner. Also as you can see it didn’t cover the crust like it was advertised. It was still pretty good, as were the cheese sticks and dessert! Ordering online is always a breeze and it’s here in a fairly decent amount of time, which is refreshing given how horrible one of these orders/deliveries can go. Will be ordering from here again!

Honestly, super disappointing experience. It’s supposed to be very difficult, but they managed to mess up pizza. I ordered online delivery, cash, pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and received literal cardboard. Not to mention it took 2 hours to be given our cardboard. I called and understood there was only one delivery guy for the night but seriously? 2 hours for cardboard pizza? My husband insisted on eating it cuz he paid for it but Papa John’s might as well have deficated on my birthday cake and given me a slice. Paid 36 dollars to cook myself dinner, thanks Papa John’s.

This has been our go to Papa John’s for years, however the last two orders that we’ve made, their pizzas have been garbage. The cheese on the pizzas have been light and burnt and unsatisfactory. This is really disappointing, especially because like I said, we can ordering from them for such a long time. I really hope that they figure it out and stop sending out pizza like this 🙁

10 out of 10 service. Sadly they seemed to be down drivers and door dash picked up our order. They did not make it to our address. When I called dude said no habla ingles. I called the store and spoke with manager or lead on shift. Sadly did not get his name. He remade order and had his driver drop order off. Very polite and was honest about wait. Driver showed up I think his name was Tyler. Called on arrival and also super polite. Poor guy was tired but made the extra effort. I hope the get the money back from door dash and give the tip to driver as I did not have cash on me. Pizza was fresh on arrival as well.
