I live like 10 minutes away from the location, not only did they take forever to prepare my pizza but they also messed up my order. I wanted to speak to the GM, Ralph, and he is by far the most unprofessional individual I have ever met. Not only did he fail to recognize a simple mistake but much less did he show a little bit of sympathy. I don’t know how he’s a manager. I shouldn’t be making a big deal for a pizza but seriously, how hard is it to make a pizza?

I ordered at 3:37pm for a large pepperoni pizza and i waited 1 hour for my pizza and it was never delivered. I then called the place and asked to speak to the manager. Ralph told me that I will get my order when it’s ready amd kept talking in a very rude tone. I asked for an estimate for how long it would take and he laughed. Got my pizza 30 minutes later after that call. Never order from here extremely rude management.

First time getting delivery from this location, and it was flawless! The 2 pizzas we ordered (The Works & a Thin Crust Pepperoni) arrived piping hot, with fresh colorful ingredients evenly distributed over the smooth layers of melted cheese (and no grease pools!) The delivery driver had a warm smile on and the pizzas weren’t damaged during transport.

I ordered a pizza here while visiting my sister on the East Side. I called the store after not receiving the pizza over the guaranteed 44 min delivery. I spoke to Kevin who advised me that the wrong order was made and that they would work on a fresh pizza and start over pretty much. When I asked if I’d get a discount, Kevin put me on hold then said I’d get it for free. I presumed it would automatically be credited since Kevin did not mention I’d need to take any action for getting it free. The pizza finally came but it was semi raw and undercooked. I didn’t call again since I figured it was free it didn’t warrant another complaint. I had to call the Edgmenere store back Tuesday since no credit had been applied and spoke to the manager Ralph. I explained that I was promised I’d get the pizza free. Ralph did not empathize with the situation or provided any resolution. He simply just said that Kevin was wrong in telling me I’d get it for free. I then told him when the pizza finally came it was raw and he rudely stated that the ovens were on a timer and the pizza couldn’t have been undercooked. When I explained I had no reason to lie about it being raw and gave him feedback that he lacked managerial skills for failing to resolve the issue or taking accountability, he suggested I go and get my money back at the store since there was no way of crediting my card. Again, no apology or empathy.

One star for making this experience awkward… I pull up for curbside pick up at this location for the first time ever and get greeted by an employee… She goes back in and comes out with our order and then says “I’m sorry but my general manager is inside and he doesn’t like it when people are facing the opposite way in the pick up drive thru. So next time, if you could please drive in the other direction” to which I respond, “I’m sorry, but it’s our first time here” she then says “I’m sorry but he wanted me to let you know ” ……… So let me explain, I pulled in through the side the way any normal person would on the side where the driver side would be next to the pick up door/window. Apparently, this GM expects you to drive the opposite way, to where the passenger would be next to the pick up window instead… And I’m somehow supposed to know this. Guess I won’t be going back here again…

I hardly like to get down but I had to this time the only thing that I didn’t like is that they cashiers get the money and then they go and do the pizza with no gloves they laugh and they joke which is fine but you know they could spit on the phone how they were but with all my respect you know it’s just one of the places that I go visit but I prefer not to get down anymore if they could bring the food to my car it will be best because if I see things like that I’ll stop going I’m a little bit Jeremy folic.. but thank you for your service

I ordered a pizza with quite a few toppings and we got our pizza without the jalapeños on it, may not seem like a big deal but keep in mind that these toppings for being charged extra, therefore please make sure all toppings requested are on the pizza.
