My online pizza order was not delivered. When I called the restaurant I was greeted by a manager who didn’t care and was very, very rude. I was not able to get my pizza and nor was I able to get a refund. I asked to speak with the owners of the resturant, and was denied access to any upper management. So here I am.

The pizza has changed tremendously!! It is sooo good. Like it tastes like a new york pizza it’s that good! I was nervous at first to order from papa johns but overall so happy I did!! Will 100% order from them again and from the rankin one too. The lady who delivered to us was soo sweet as well. Highly recommend!

Employees are not at all helpful. Act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. Inquiries regarding available specials are ignored, answered in a mumble, and/or you are told they are only available online. Better than $40.00 for 2 medium pizzas …I don’t care how they taste, I will never return to this or any other Papa John’s…and I will advise ANYONE who asks to adopt the same policy.

If I could leave a -100 I would, I have NEVER left a review on ANY company because I normally always brush things over but this review is worth every word I’m typing! Worst service ever! Workers are nice as pie but from the owners all the way to the one lady who delivers pizza with the very low cut is very RUDE!! She always has an attitude as if customers are bothering her , can’t name one time she hasn’t had a attitude or very sarcastic! If you don’t want to be bothered or don’t like your job please quit. Very bad look especially when people are spending money with your company. I am definitely calling Corporate!! This is the worst Papa John’s ever!!

Worst customer service ever. the worker Cody needs to be fired. Called me back to argue about a pizza delivery that said was out for delivery for over 35 min. I drove to the store in less than five minutes guy had already voided the order wasn’t wearing his uniform or any work attire. Worst place I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
