I called this store to place an oder (option 3) the lime gave an error message and said to call again. Tried 5 more times, same result. Called again, option 5 to connect to manager. A very rude male answered, I said need to place a delivery order. Male said for that to go online or call back and press option 3. The man answering the manager’s line then abruptly hung up on me. My call with the “manager” was 4-14-23 at 2:05 pm. Terrible, I’ll never buy Papa Johns Pizza again.

Was here for UberEATS , arrived at 12:53 and the doors were locked and lights were off. People are inside. Maybe tell corporate to not allow online orders. This is eating my time , gas and $$ , also several other people were outside pulling up for online orders.

Called trying to place an order and employee abruptly hung up on me for no reason. Incredibly rude staff. At the bare minimum you should be able to speak to a customer who now won’t be ordering… get over yourself ma’am.

We have been using this Papa John’s for years, always great customer service when we used to call, now we order online. One or two issues we’ve had were resolved very quickly with the delivery guy – gal returning quickly. And another time we were credited a free pizza. We ordered on 5-14-22, received our order on time, as usual, and I wish we knew the name of the delivery guy, an older gentleman, very pleasant and nice to talk with at the front door. Thank you to those that cook and prepare our pizza and thank you to the delivery folks, especially the older gentleman who delivered our pizza and there’s also a very sweet older lady who we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with as she delivered our food. Y’all are awesome!

Papa Johns on Brodie Lane almost ruined my daughter’s birthday party today. I placed a “scheduled” order very early this morning for the party that started at 11:00 AM. I received a confirmation email so assumed all was in order. Right before the party started, I happened to check my phone and I had a voicemail message from Papa Johns Corporate at 10:36 AM letting me know they’d cancelled my order because the store (which was supposed to open at 10:00 AM) hadn’t accepted the order and the phone was going unanswered. What?!? Luckily, Domino’s Pizza came through and saved the day for us at the last minute so we didn’t have 15 hungry kids. If you are ordering for a special occasion or party, I would highly NOT recommend this location as they are completely unreliable and will cause unnecessary stress.

Ordered pizza last night, got a conformation email. I figured they were a little busy with it being a Sunday evening, so I waited for two hours. Nothing. I call the next day and I get a weak apology and I’m not offered anything for their mistake that kept me hungry. You got to work this morning and saw I had ordered and not received my food. Why not contact me and initiate an apology. Do a better job please.

This is my go to pizza place. They rarely get my pizza wrong. This one time they did, but they must have been slammed. The estimated time was much longer than usual and they switched to being delivery only suddenly and I usually do carryout. The manager Alicia was quick to fix the problem though and I really appreciate it!
