Papa John’s at Parmer Ln left us with a mixed experience on a recent visit during the Labor Day long weekend. Save your time and money by going elsewhere. We love Papa John’s but will never order it again. Especially from this location. The tracking was garbage. It took almost three hours to get our food. We called multiple times trying to find out where our order was and/or cancel it. We were immediately placed on hold, and never taken off. We finally called back and hit the button to make a new order and got someone, when we started to explain that we needed help with an existing order, we were hung up on. We tried customer service, and their social media. All of which referred us back to the store. We found an online form that says a corp manager will contact you. That never happened. We finally got our food. Half of it was cold, the other half was over cooked and not edible. We also got an aweful desert that we didn’t order, and we’re charged for later.

There is no management, no accountability and no customer service. They made one of my two large pizzas. They could not find the first one. Then they had to remake the second one while a waited almost an hour. Told me to just chill homey. All they could say is sorry we’re busy. When they were standing around doing nothing when I arrived. Too bad Papa John’s allows people with such a poor customer focus in their units.

so I ordered the new part crust pizza. My pizza was not of the papa John’s standard that I normally get when I’ve ordered. It was dry, cold, and the toppings were short from the cheese to the meat. I’m very disappointed.

Pizza originally said it would take 30 minutes DIDNT show up for almost 2 hours. Tried calling the store and was on hold for about 30 minute then it hung up, when calling back it said it was closed. When I finally got my order it was almost frozen cold and was missing items, I then could almost see through the cheese bread. I ended up calling the store the next day and after about 45 minutes f being on hold I finally talked to someone and got my refund. Only reason it’s a two star and not one.

If I could give it 0 stars I would … I ordered a pizza online and when I went to pick it up they said it would be about an hour or I could cancel my order.. then when I tried to cancel the order the rep said I had to call it in.. this is not the first time that this has happened it’s going to be a loooonnnngggg while before I order from here again. Such a shame since the pizza is good

Ordered (2) papadias sandwiches at 6:00pm. Received (2) folded-over medium pizzas nearly two hours later at 7:40pm. I live 0.1 mile away from this location. The store won’t answer the phone to correct my order, so I’m calling corporate. Either way, this company is making this right. For your reference, this was order #839940643.
