Nick and his Friday night team were very quick, kind, respectful, and professional. You can tell by the atmosphere that they work as a team and respect their manager. I ordered late and it was still not a problem. Food was hot and delicious.

One of the employees was drinking from a can left on the cook line, touching non food items then went right to touching and making pizzas never washing his hands. He also had a serious issue with starring at people making them feel uncomfortable. Worse Papa John’s experience I have had.

Seriously amazing. I ordered the six cheese, pepperoni and sausage pizza on the Brooklyn crust. The crust was spot on with the chew and the slight crunch on the bottom. The pepperoni had a nice kick, not your ordinary boring pepperoni. The sausage complimented the six super flavorful cheeses. The whole time I’m eating it I’m thinking there’s no way this is Papa Johns. This is sit down restaurant quality paired with a nice chardonnay kind of pizza. I do recommend ordering extra garlic butter. I dipped nearly every bite and took it to next level flavor town. Outstanding.

If I knew Papa Johns use doordash for delivery, I wouldn’t of ordered. My guy was picking up a different customer order from Popeyes for 25 minutes, so of course it’s a cold pizza by the time I get it.

Great place that helped me quickly resolve an issue. I’m in Louisiana and accidentally forgot to change my location on the app when ordering a pizza. I called and let them know if my mistake and they quickly refunded my money and resolved the issue.

Sat in my car for 15 mins waiting for someone to bring my pizza out. Had to go inside to get my order and when I mentioned it to the young lady at the counter she played dumb and said that they dont do that even when I pointed it out to her on their window.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I cannot believe how incredibly RUDE and disrespectful the manager is. Our order was placed at 5:40pm and it was delivered at 6:51pm, ice cold. We called for a refund, as their policy is 30-45 mins max. The manager (who refused to tell us her name) just continued to tell us that it was delivered within the time frame.. which clearly it did not. Not only did she hang up the phone, she ended the conversation with “if you just pick up your pizza this wouldn’t be a problem.” Extremely disappointed and disgusted by how “management” treats their customers. Can confirm that I will never spend money at this store again.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I went in to get my pizza mind you the manager there said I could not use the restroom and he would not give his name he said he is not entitled to give it to me and proceeded to yell at me to get out. Not sure if he is prejudice because I’m Muslim but he was very very rude. I used the restroom anyways because I was about to go on the floor while he yelled he was going to call the Police really just for using the restroom. As long as they are an open restaurant and serving drinks and food the restroom should never be closed.
