My kid had seen a commercial for their new Parm pizza. He wanted to order it. It had been a hot minute since I had ordered Papa Johns and figured I would give them another shot. I downloaded their app and signed up for their rewards program. The ordering on the app was easy. I ordered two speciality pizza’s. There was a discount code I used for 25% off. I did find that even with the discount code, the two pizzas were almost $40. I thought that was a tad bit over priced.

If you like cold pizza and poor customer service, then Papa John’s in Kyle is for you. Left food on front porch, didn’t bother knocking or ringing door bell. Didn’t bring parts of the order. Left a $10 tip and we live about 4 blocks from the store, took over an hour to be delivered.

Held for AN HOUR to file a complaint! No answer. Order taker asked if there were delivery instructions. I said to come through the gate and to the front door. My pizza was left on the ground in front of my gate!!! My 2 liter of soda bottle was stressed cracked around the top. We were not advised of the delivery. This store has horrible service!! I used to prefer Papa John’s, but no more!

Absolutely terrible. My order took 2 hours to arrive. We only ordered 1 large pizza and 8 wings and after 2 hours we ONLY received our pizza. No wings. After 7 phone calls and waiting on hold for 15 minutes no one answered.

Posted an order online for some papadias and some sides with drinks and extra sauces. Order gets delivered missing drinks and sauces ask the driver about it and get told I don’t work for papa John’s I’m with Doordarshan you need to call the store to fix the issue and it wasn’t her problem. Try calling the store and everything is automated finally got to a call center which gave me the run around finally attempted to make contact with the store to be disconnected twice. Ended up driving to the store in the middle of a family get together…. only good thing that came from interrupting our get together is the refund I was given when I went to the store…. do not reccomend Papa John’s for any sort of delivery now as they outsource everything now.

For the 2nd time- ordered online, had an issue and cannot get anyone at this location to answer the phone. No pizza, no refund, no response from anyone. After hitting every prompt, I finally got someone in India to answer ( this is how they take phone orders now, apparently) & they couldn’t get anyone from the store on the phone either. They also can’t cancel / refund my order. Transferred to customer service, also in India. They have entered a ticket for management to review. The same story as the 1st time this happened. I chalked the first time up to covid, even though it was 2021 but whatever. The problem is how this company is run. They don’t care about taking care of their customers or even answering the freaking phone or having a manager or owner call you back. They won’t even process a promised refund.
