Worst pizza ever. Go to Niki’s across the street for a good pizza experience. The pepperoni stuffed crust commercials sucked me in. It was the worst pizza i have ever had. It was so greasy & soggy. Philly cheese steak papadia should be called Onion & pepper papadia. There wasnt hardly any steak but plenty of onions & peppers. There are definitely better pizza options in the area. Not very good value for your money.

Absolutely amazing how good this place is. Fresh pizza. Good measuring. Quick and efficient. Lobby is very clean. Probably don’t even have to mention a friendly and great staff. Which in my opinion is pretty hard to find in most places.

Excellent delivery service by Savon. They forgot to get extra garlic sauce in my order. I said no problem and no big deal, but he came back like 45 mins later with them. Was super friendly and just a great driver/worker. Service is kind of bad right now everywhere , so it’s nice to see a great employee and it deserves accolades.

Called in an ordered cheese pizza cheese sticks and 2 litter Pepsi and extra dips. We never received the order. When I called the store the manager Linda was super rude to me on a simple inquiry of missing delivery. She said she is the only one working here and I can’t talk to anyone else and she won’t gimme any refund in the end she denied of ever receiving the order in the first place and cursed me out and hung up.Later stopped picking up my call.

This location gives Papa John’s a bad name. Sad, because I used to work there. The Customer service is terrible, there is none and the pizzas are not the Papa John’s way. Save yourself the trouble and go to a better location if you can or order Domino’s. Domino’s always has that mix and match special, cheaper and always good customer service.

All we ordered was cheese sticks and a small cheese pizza. The cheese sticks and pizza arrived cold, with barely any cheese and hard as a rock!! I JUST got my order. These normally are my sons favorite things but not tonight. Very disappointing. This place needs to do better. You can see the pizza and tell its hard wirh no cheese when boxing.

We put in an online order at 6pm to be picked up at 10:30pm. At 10:05 pm we get a call saying that the gluten free pizza was out of stock. My daughter answered the call.

If I could give them a zero I would. When I called and ordered pizzas they gave me little to no information. Never got a confirmation number or anything. When I called back about 45 minutes later since I never received my pizza they said my “door dash” person was trying to get a hold of me and couldn’t. Now one said that these guys deliver through door dash… not once. So, I asked ok well then can you make another pizza and bring it out then and they lady was EXTREMELY disrespectful and just kept telling me, “no, there’s nothing we can do for you.” “you need to contact door dash.” Why would I need to contact door dash when I called papa johns to order? Called the manager and still have not heard anything back!! This place is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Go elsewhere!!!!!
