I think they’re understaffed because after taking forever to answer the phone, Lorenzo would not come out and take my credit card even when I told him I twisted my ankle. Would you charge me less? Ordered pizza at 8:48. Was told 38 min until delivery. Called back and no answer several times. Called again at 9:47 and was told they had only one driver. Called again at 10:16 and they said they were using door dash and the driver hadn’t showed up. Finally at 10:30 they came. Not cool
