This was the 2nd time ordering honey Chipotle boneless wings through uber eats. I even called and told them to put enough sauce on my wings since they put very little. Every where else puts sauce over all the wings but not here at papa johns. They put a drizzle over the wings. The photo on ubereats shows the wings completely sauced up too so that is false advertising. I won’t buy wings here again. Bet the bone in comes the same way. Very disappointing! When I called Papp johns and told the lady that they came this way after I had talked to her and asked that they put enough she said she looked at them and they even had put extra sauce on them. If that’s what you call extra I’d hate to see what the normal is for them. No wonder they didn’t last in laredo before!!

Really nice restaurant looks like it’s new. The people were nice and the pizza looks great. The only problem I had was my pizza was not cut in slices. Other than that the pizza look great. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The female at the register gave me the toppings as I asked for other than the pizza not being cut I have no complaints. I will go back again.

Their customer service is awful , last time i attended, they were rude and when they saw me, they ignored me. I had to wait a long time til they took my order. Do that even get me started on the fact they’re understaffed but cut peoples hours. Yet they’re hiring new people. It’s a very messy situation.
