They delivered our pizza to the wrong address. We called and after some arguments they realized their mistake and offered to remake. Remade pizza took 2 hour (3 hours from original order), had some blonde hair in it and was missing extra sauces that we paid for.

Waited over 1.5 hours for a pizza that looked and tasted like it spent 50 minutes under a heat lamp and 45 minutes in a car (according to the tracker, it did….)

Paid $34.44 for a single large pizza, then waited an hour and fifteen minutes to recieve it. Called at the one hour mark to which the manager said it would be an additional 30 minutes, canceled my order on the spot. I live 9 minutes drive from this place.

I love Papa John’s pizza. I’ve eaten from many pizza places over the years and Papa John’s is the best fast food pizza chain in my opinion. This location is really small so there is not inside dining and parking can be a headache but grab it to-go or even have them deliver. Would recommend!

Couldn’t tell if they were employees or bunch of teenagers having a get togethe. Guessing Papa Johns don’t have uniforms? Also, bunch of girls with no hats or anything for their hair? Health department should make a visit to this store.

I ordered my food online at about 1130 to get delivered and I get a call from the driver at 1:40pm that they do not deliver to my area. This is so upsetting because the website should be setup to send your order to the closest area to your location and you would think someone would review your order after it is done. And on top of that I have to wait 3 to 4 days to get my money deposited back to my card. This would have been my first time ever ordering from Papa John’s pizza and my last. I have never had this happen with other pizza places such as Domino’s or Pizza hut. How upsetting this is over an hour later you call me really people and the manager didn’t even act like she cared, she was so nonchalant about the whole ordeal and was not apologetic. Well they don’t have to worry I don’t see ever ordering from Papa John’s again.
