We ordered a pizza for delivery tonight 5/1/23. We were more than patient and gave a 15 minute grace period before calling the store to follow up on where the delivery was. The “manager” said that they had it in as a carry out (even though our address was given), and they were not going to deliver. They proceeded to hang up the phone when asked how they would rectify the issue. We bit the bullet and drove to the location to pick up our pizza anyways (pregnancy cravings from my sister who is 9 months pregnant), and they threw out the pizza and said they’d call to trespass us when asking for the manager’s name and corporate’s number. Terrible all around. Zero stars. So disappointing.

Terrible service, terrible people. Stay away. Order from any other location. Ordered delivery. We gave our address. When it never showed up. We called, Papa johns said it was for carry out. We advised no, we had ordered delivery. They would not work with us. We went to pick up and was told the pizza was thrown out. Awful people.

Ordered the new Papa Bowl. When delivered the product looked nothing like the advertised product. Really disappointed. PJ’s usually better than this.
