The pizza at Papa Johns is usually great but not at this location. It’s cheaper to order online than in store about -$3 per pizza. Front Desk is pretty Hardcore and want you to feel every bit of the “we’re Super understaffed” feeling. Bad pizza, bad service, misinformation in price & fingerpointing. Management needs to take more responsibility.

Sigh…… not gonna lie. I like Papa John’s. The product is good….unless it isn’t. I do not want to order from somewhere else. Unfortunately, my last order left from Papa John’s store at time “X” and arrived to me 35+ minutes later. It was cold (shocker) still though….recoverable.

The one star reviews are legit. I ordered a pizza with easy delivery instructions, drive gets lost somehow and food never arrives. Either wait 30 more mins in the addition to the hour I already waited or cancel order. Cancel mine please, lunch is over and won’t even waste my time next time.
