I ordered pizza from them last night, 2/14 I ate my pizza and went to bed. I went to reheat my leftovers for dinner tonight, when I discovered a hair baked into my pizza. I immediately called papa johns and the employees on the phone were AMAZING. They immediately were trying to find my order so that they could remake it and send it out to me. At fist I did think the hair may just be mine, until after I pulled at it and it was under the cheese. The customer service at this papa johns is incredible. They got my new pizza to me in 30 minutes.

I like Papa John’s because their crust is usually the best of the non-northeast pizzas, but i do not recommend this location at all. I’ve given them plenty of attempts but their dough/crust is always the worst (see picture). I’m assuming their dough is old and over proved in the walk-in or left out too long or a combo of both? Not sure but, the crust is always hard, super high and like 3 inches wide with all the sauce/ cheese n toppings pooled in the middle. I ate it because it was late n cold outside but a total waste of money. They need better managers.

I had my pizzas delivered. Super fast! Got them in 35 minutes even though I live 10 minutes away! Pizzas were excellent, and still hot. I’ll be ordering from them again.

I have to retract the good feedback I left. They delivered cold pizza and chicken wings. We called them and they wanted us to pay half price for the wings. We called back and the manager was no help. She refused to replace the meal. We called their corporate office. They stated someone from the store would call us which never happened. I’ll just call my back and file a dispute. I can get my money back that way. I’ll never order from here again. Buyers beware!!! Food is cold and nasty. They could care less about it. Domino’s or Pizza Hut are a much better option. Steer clear of this awful place.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Papa John’s. The pizza crust was overcooked and tough, and the toppings were bland and lacking in flavor. Additionally, the delivery was slow and the online ordering process was confusing and difficult to use. Overall, I would not recommend Papa John’s and will not be ordering from them again in the future.

Seems like they use a call center to take their orders for them that is way out of touch with the actual wait time that the store is experiencing. We ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. We got there in 20 minutes and the people at the store said they had not even started on the order and that it would be another 30 minutes until it was ready.
