The only thing this store is good at is taking your money and delivering incorrect orders. Even after ordering online where you make the order yourself and they receive it in fine bold print, so there’s no excuse. Except that they can’t read, which I’m convinced they can’t. Same thing the last two times I’ve ordered. Same two things they got wrong. Only this time I called and talked with the manager. All he could offer was a “quality guarantee” on my next order, but quality is clearly not their thing so there won’t be a next order. I’ll stick with Marcos ✌

This pizza isn’t what it used to be. I know its a really busy time with back to school and parents not cooking, even events in town that require large orders; regardless food taste wasn’t there and maybe even undercooked. I picked up my order and overall the store was busy but messy and unorganized. Honestly Sam’s Club pizza is and was way better than what I got when I picked up my order from papa johns yesterday. And Sam’s club pizza is cheaper and the pizza itself is bigger. Overall probably won’t be coming back to papa johns.

Who has ever heard of a philly cheesteak pizza with no steak! I thought maybe it was a fluke that one slice didn’t contain ANY…but then, the rest of the pizza, if you took all of the steak off and put it in a pile, you would not get not even 1/4 of a cup of meat combined. Oh and the pizza was a large! It took over an hour to get to me…and was cold! It was horribly made and If I had the energy, I would have driven it back up there and got my money back! Instead I just know to NEVER waste money here again! The second pizza I ordered was large half cheese and half pepperoni. 9 pepperoni total…crooks! 40 bucks down the drain! Yes 40!

So have had pizza here on and off for last 20 yrs. Honestly was not that impressed with this experience. The pizza was hot and seemed fresh but just was not the usual great pizza, I mean it was edible, but not great pizza like I use to expect from them. Tried the jalapeno popper bites and they were kinda nasty and I usually love things like that. We ordered the epic stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, for once I wish I had just went with pizza hut

I’m giving this Papa John’sIn Conroe a one-star because I had no food to eat all day. I was feeling faint Due to my diabetic condition.. Pizza didn’t come after 3hrs waiting. The manager refunded myMoney after asking a couple of times. Why not give a courtesy pizza. I will not do business with this place again. Think from the heart people.
