I’m giving this 3 stars for service because the delivery driver deserves 5, but not the restaurant. The crust was so thin and hard on a pizza that shouldn’t have been AND I ordered my pizza to be made without green peppers and onions. WHICH I can tell they simply pulled the peppers and onions off of a pizza already made. How do I know? Because I found onion under the cheese. I hate onions and peppers on my pizza so I order and pay for …NONE. I truly hate when restaurant workers just pull these off (any restaurant) because you can still taste it. Also, I don’t know if it is specifically this location or all of them, but they have been truly sparse with the toppings. As you can see from the picture I’ve added, not even two pieces of sausage per slice. I’ve noticed this on several orders. Kind of hard to enjoy a pizza when it’s mostly cheese and bread. I am truly disappointed in what the product has become in the last year or two.

I’ve never had a Papa John’s pizza. I decided to try the NY StyleXL pizza. I’m in Houston and nothing comes close to the East Coast pizza of my childhood. This surprisingly was amazing. Just greasy enough, thin enough and easily foldable. I picked it up. The store is small, but the gentleman who waited on me was very nice. My belly is full and it was super affordable. Thank you !

First, even though our pizzas (The Works & Chicken and Spinach) arrived early, one of them was cold with stuffed crust (didn’t order that). Secondly, the chicken and spinach pizza didn’t have any spinach on it, it had green bell peppers. Thirdly, the garlic butter was actually solidified butter, not melted. Avoid this store, don’t waste your money.

I ordered from this Papa John’s on Saturday at 8:06pm. The promised time was 51minutes. The store did not answer the phone. I received my order cold and wrong at 10:40pm without so much as an apology from the deliver driver. Called the store again, still no answer. Left a review from the online request and asked to be contacted by the store, absolutely nothing. Late, cold, and wrong order. No response. Worst service ever.

My husband was craving Papa John’s pizza and I was very nervous about ordering from this location due to some reviews. It’s Friday evening so Yes! Or course I am aware that it will be busy and I will be placed on hold, which did happen. Not a big deal, then Cody answered and took my order. I arrived 20 minutes later and my pizza was ready. It was warm and just the way I ordered it. There is a note on the register that says “Check your order before you leave” so I did and all was great. I got home and enjoyed a delicious classic Papa John’s Pizza.

Pizza ordered at 9:02pm and was recieved at 11:00pm. Pizza driver delivered without being in a Pizza warmer pouch, pulled from his trunk. Pizza was cold to the touch, missing condiments. Absolutely ridiculous. they waited till closing to deliver food so the driver was on his way home to deliver my Pizza.

Save your time and order from another store! After 1 hour of placing the order online, I called to check on the status of my order. He told me they were back up and did not have an estimate time on how long it was going to take to get my order. I understand that, I offer to go pick it up myself and he told me that there were a lot of orders placed before me . I can’t believe they just expect their customer to wait several hours for 2 medium pizzas. Unbelievable.

This place is a joke, save your time and drive to another papa John’s. Last 3 orders I’ve had with this store they have completely screwed up the order. This last time they ,”lost” my pizzas. How do you loose pizza. They did not offer any accommodations for the wasted time, just a bunch of teens running the place. No manager so no service.

Pizza is ok. Not as good as use to be. And those Chicken Wings. What a joke. I actually started laughing when I saw them. They must have been baby chicks. Those were the smallest tiniest chicken wings I’ve ever seen. Manager could not do anything or wouldn’t. They’ve lost me as a customer.

i come to this Papa Johns only cause they’ve closed all the other ones nearby that actually had competent customers service . this one here- they make my pizzas wrong more often than they make them right AND today myself and another client stood there for 10 minutes while the 2nd cashier stood there doing NOTHING until he decided to ask if we need help . just as he’s finishing up with the first client another walks in and he asks them before me after i’ve been here 10+ minutes what they need . HOW IS THIS OK
