The pizza was burned and not well prepared. Ingredients missing, dry, no flavor. I dont know why no one seems to know how to make a good pizza. First thing I noticed was that no one had on gloves or hair nets while they were preparing the pizzas But I have to compliment the young man who took our order. Very nice & accommodating. He even brought our pizza out to the car Just clean up the food handling and get someone there to improve the quality of the pizzas and you will be good

Ordered three things.. one of items I received was incorrect. And I didn’t receive one of my sauces I paid for. Also selected no-contact delivery and the driver didn’t abide by that choice, just decided to hand them to me directly. Will not be ordering from here again.

Currently waiting outside the store for my order after already waiting at home to come at the time it said it would be ready. Got told, “I just started so about 15 mins” after standing there being looked at twice and then finally came up and talked to me all while bopping his head to whatever he has playing on his headphones that he never once took off.

YES most of the reviews are bad but I’m the type to report on my OWN experience so here it goes…I was literally the only one inside the store so no crowd lol,ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was coming out the oven as I walked in so nice&hot! They even included a garlic sauce and peppers which you usually have to pay for so that was thoughtful and a surprise! Crust was nice and fluffy yet had a “bounce back” texture to it! I would eat it again based on this visit. Guy at the front counter was very nice and attentive!

Was trying to add a drink to my delivery order and as soon as the phone was answered the guy kept putting me on hold automatically, had to hang up after 15 minutes and call again and wait another 5 minutes for him to tell me the order is already being delivered. All this time on hold at least ask what the customer needs before putting them on hold. Very disappointed in the customer service here and the pizza was soggy and cut uneven when it was delivered.

Unprofessional both the delivery driver and the manager Haley. My order status said delivered when no one had rang my door bell. I called Haley who was no help whatsoever nor would she take ownership of this situation. I understand she may have been tired but at least offer to remake the pizza so I can pick it up or call the driver. The driver shows up 20 minutes afterwards and has the nastiest attitude and I even tipped him. I will never order from this location again.
