Never had been to Papa John’s, however this experience makes me want to go back. Both individuals were very friendly. It’s a clean, inviting establishment. I ordered a thin Works pizza that was excellent, plenty of ingredients, freshly made. What more could I have expected. BTW, I also ordered the jalapeno bits, a very good blend of bread, cheese and jalapeños. Thanks for a great first experience, we’ll be back.

It’s Thursday 11:50pm picking up and order in the store and the super rude guy told me somebody else picked up that order and they can’t do anything for me, they just refunding the money because it was too late to reorder it. Ordered four pizzas last night. We got our pizzas 1 hr+ later than the estimated delivery time. After sharing this with Papa Johns, the manager, Bo, called, apologized and refunded me. He was thoughtful and polite and I appreciate his quick response. We will give this Papa John’s another try in the future!

Ordered several times from location food has been cold the last 3 time. I do understand things happen but 3 times? Tried again tonight pizza was hot but burnt. Supposed to be hand tossed/ medium crust with 3 extra peppercinis, crust was very thin, crispy and burnt. Didn’t receive extra peppercinis. Paid $30 for a very unpleasant dinner.

Ordered a pizza last night around 10 and it wasn’t good. The pizza was cut uneven and the crust was dry almost burnt like. It was supposed to be pepperoni and half beef but got mostly beef and just a few slices of pepperoni. The crust was also supposed to be stuffed and there was barely any cheese in it.
