My wife and I ordered a couple pizzas on a Friday night. Our order took a little longer than was initially quoted (…because a Door Dash driver stole our food!), but as soon as it was apparent that the order wouldn’t be delivered when expected, Marisabell -I think they were the manager- called us to let us know that they did have our order, but it was just a little delayed due to the door dash issue. We greatly appreciated the update so we weren’t sitting around wondering where our food was. The food arrived hot and delicious and well be ordering from y’all again!

We ordered 2 pizzas. A cheese and a specialty with extra cheese. I wanted the extra toppings but the pizza to still be delicious and cheesy. Got the pizzas. As you see from the photos, it’s obvious that they accidently put the extra cheese On the cheese pizza and not the specialty. Holes in the toppings with just bread parts etc, very disappointing!! Reached out online in 2 different places with no response. 🙁

Why use doordash for delivery? Pizza is and was always good when you pick up yourself or when papa johns delivered themselves. Doordash delivery is the worst and always takes forever and food is cold always by the time we get it. This location Papa johns quality has gone down within the last year.

I’m beyond tired of this garbage pizza place. I used to order a pizza once every other week. Now it’s just sometime I regret doing afterwards once every couple months. I just picked up my pizza and have only eaten a slice and a half. I stoped eating to write this review. Papa John’s has always been my favorite out of all the main pizza places. But this Papa John’s has got to be the absolute worst and may have ruined the ‘experience’ for me for good.

Never had an issue with Papa Johns until door dash started delivering for them. My tracking app always errors out when they deliver so I don’t know when they’re coming by. They never knock or ring a doorbell and just leave it on the porch and dip. I put up with it the first 2 times but 3 strikes and you’re out. It’s consistent with DD drivers, so beware whoever orders from here.
