Placed an order for an XL pizza on Thursday and the dough was raw! Every other pizza place is required to do a check in the mornings to make sure their pizza comes out cooked properly. I guess papa John’s doesn’t feel like they need to. Makes you wonder what other corners they cut. Honestly I don’t understand how this could even be missed while cutting. Never again, wouldn’t suggest.

I don’t know what happened to the team and the owner of this store but today I bought a pizza and had to go back and ask for my money back, not only will I not order from this location anymore but for your employer to tell me that this pizza is ok and fresh she may need glasses or a proper team training on safety with food. The mushrooms are so brown they stink the pizza dough was not ready to be cooked because is had bubbles all over it and not to mention the preposition of your toppings are way off! I will not be coming back this is sad!!

I place a large lunch order every Saturday for a staff of about 15. In April of 2022 I ordered from this location and my order was over 30 minutes late, we did not get an apology and nothing was done to make it right, so I stopped using them. Today I decided it had been long enough and we would try them again as they had some pretty good deals going on. Big mistake. I placed my order online to be delivered at 11:00 AM ( per their website their delivery hours at store # 4619 are from 10am-11pm). At 11:20 I called the store because my order had not arrived. I was informed that they had just shown up to work and they had not even seen or started my order. I was then placed on hold for 40 minutes, then hung up on and sent an email stating my order was cancelled . The rudeness of the employee that answered the phone, the ridiculous wait time on hold the fact they can’t even show up on time… I will never order from ANY Papa Johns AGAIN!!! They have shown me that my business is not important to them. However, while I was on the ridiculously long hold I was able to place an order from Pizza Hut on Belknap and they had my large order delivered in record speed so my staff was happy and fed. No thanks to Papa Johns. I would love to leave zero stars but I am required to leave one.

Papa Johns used to be good. But tonight I ordered pizzas from them through a delivery service. They got half the order completely wrong. What little I was able to eat tasted bland. This is *not* what I expected. Fortunately, the delivery service gave me a full refund. I definitely won’t order from this location again, and I’m even reluctant to order from other stores.

Pizza left on porch yet we didn’t check contactless delivery. Forgot a whole a$$ pizza actually the biggest one. When I called to ask for my pizza blame was deflected to delivery service. If she’s the manager she needs better training. The response should’ve been, oh no let me make this right and get your pizza out. Not shifting the blame. Since I’m complaining I should also add I never receive my spicy garlic when ordering from here but just stopped ordering it. After this encounter we’ll go back to pizza hut. Points system is better there anyways.

I called after trying to place an order online and there was no place for an employee discount. I wanted to place the order online, have my husband pick it up and pay when he got there. I HAD EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH INCOMPETENT staff answering the phone. She thought “yeah” was a proper response upon ending the call. She also said “I don’t know nutttin’ bout dat” I did raise my voice and curse at her when I told her we had changed our minds about ordering when she was rude on the phone. That’s when she said “I said yeah” I was polite and kept my cool until I couldn’t take it anymore. Bad customer service is the quickest way to lose customers. I’d appreciate a conversation with management seeing as my husband works for their QCC and delivers their product. Upon reading other reviews staff like this seems to be an ongoing issue here.

New to my complex, I placed an order relatively uncertainly. The delivery driver made sure to call me when they couldn’t figure out which building number was mine and was patient when I tried to find out the same information. Once I was able to track down the number, they met me curbside to deliver the still warm pizza, and were very sweet in helping me with better figuring out the building numbers around me. The pizza was still perfectly warm and the driver was sure to give me plenty of cheese and pepper packets to go with it. The perfect ratio of ingredients, with not a single slice missing any of the 4 ingredients ordered. Even the meatballs were perfectly spaced out and plentiful. The great sauce spread ensured not a single slice went try, too, and the cheese held all the toppings on perfectly. Wonderful customer service, and excellent pizza, definitely worth ordering from time and time again!

Food was good and on point. No one was up front when I entered and there was no bell to get any one’s attention so I waited a bit to pick up my order. Overall it was a good, quick meal so no complaints.

I have stopped ordering Papa John’s Pizza cuz I could not believe they are charging me for the little tiny package of crushed peppers and Parmesan. That’s just unbelievable I’m already paying for the pizza I got to pay for a little packet of crushed peppers and Parmesan. The pizza was good the delivery was just awesome but I’m not going to pay for the little tiny package of Parmesan and crushed peppers. We did leave a tip always.
