Do not order delivery from this location unless you enjoy being frustrated. Every time I’ve ordered, something has gone wrong. This last order, I waited almost 2 hours for my food. Order from somewhere else. You’ll be doing yourself a favor, I promise.

Unfortunately for the 4th time we have had delivery issues..we are told every time that Door Dash picks up our order then returns our order back to store. When they finally get another Door Dash person to deliver the pizza is refrigerator cold. Who wants to eat cold pizza when you pay $25 plus a large cash tip. Today we unfortunately again had the same issue. Also I have $10 coupons on my app and app would not allow me to use it. When a manager called me today to tell me yet again the issue with a female Door Dash person taking our order then not delivering to our address yet taking back to store. Why was our pizza not remade due to the handling of a person that doesn’t work for Papa John’s. The box was not sealed. This is the only place I can eat pizza at yet due to high food allergies. Sadly unsatisfied.

Quality of pizza at PJ has really gone downhill. I ordered two medium pizzas, they arrived cold, driver left on the ground in front of my door (that opens outward, smart), and the crust was thin. dry, and had holes punch all through it like a frozen dough would. They have joined my never order again list.

Order a pizza at 8 :15 Wednesday night at 9:30 I had no pizza call to find out why it was a delivery and they told me that my order was there but they have no drivers so here it is 10:00 and get my pizza it was cold and nasty I will not order from again

Not every establishment is perfect, especially considering the fast food industry. We’ve been ordering through this location for years, and 4/5 they would have the proper order made, the other 1/5 times there would be one or two things off with you pizza and we would just make it work. This last order we made through the online app, the pizza was completely wrong. I called into the local store, and they fixed it immediately and had it delivered.

Driver left pizza on door step but didn’t ring doorbell or knock. Call manager he said pizza had been out there for 10 minutes. Nothing he could do to make it better. I suggested a hot pizza and take the cold one back. He flat out said no.
