Pizzas were poorly cut. Had pineapple on my extra mushrooms pizza. It’s evident that it’s hard to find good help for papa John’s. Congratulations you found a way to ruin pizza that’s also hard to do. Oh and after taking a few bites the pizza was undercooked- doughie. Trash company right here.

Do not be fooled by the ratings. Half of the ratings are by employees given incentives or by family and friends of this particular store. Your red flag should be when you see someone has given high rating but no review. The truth about this store is the food is good but manager IS a dishonest jackass but the drivers and the girls processing the orders are top notch and give the best customer service of any pizza place and the girls and drivers deserve 7 stars but unfortunately the jackass manager has caused the rating for this store to be drastically lowered.

We ended up in the ER! If you want the worst case of food poisoning you’ve ever had this is the place to go! Only those of us who had eaten the papa Johns were sick, the rest of the family was fine. I’m still vomiting and running to the bathroom! Never again.

HANDS DOWN the BEST pizza establishment in Cleburne! The BEST Papa John’s that I’ve ever encountered for that matter! The staff here are always so friendly. Friendly customer service goes a LONG way and this location knows how to treat their customers! I’ve ordered from their competitors in the past – horrible customer service, greasy pizzas and just down right gross. Papa John’s has always been my favorite, but this location tops them all!! I’ll never again purchase pizza from anywhere else in Cleburne. This Papa John’s always has my order ready in a timely manner, the food always tastes great (isn’t greasy like their competitors) and the customer service is straight up top notch!!
