I went here at 9pm on 8-21-23 to pick up my order and they locked me out . I knocked on the door and they were acting like they didn’t see me . If they were closing early at least put it on the app so I wouldn’t waste my gas or money . Could’ve also had the dignity to open the door and telll me they’re closed instead of acting like they couldn’t see me beating on the glass to pick up my order for 3 minutes

Walked in and did a carry out order very friendly helped with letting us know what toppings were available said it would be 10 min so we went to the car to wait and it was ready early he brought it out to us and had put his and hers on our pizza bowls so we would know the difference I will be back with this type of service thank you

Nasty! I love Papa John’s but this location is gross. The cheese sticks we’re over cooked, the bottom was chewy and tough. The pizza was worse, the dough wasn’t made right, too soggy. Overall the ingredients didn’t taste right either. Only good thing was food was hot, driver was nice. Will never be back.

I ordered a medium pepperoni and picked it up when I got home I was extremely disappointed. I should have looked at it before I left but I’ve never had a problem before. I promise you this from now on I will ALWAYS check it before I leave the shop. Not only was it dried out and dehydrated but the pepper they always give you looked like a raisin. But hey you unloaded a dried up pizza and got $11 for you and got rid of some dried up inventory. Good for you. BTW to anyone who reads this there is a brand new Mama’s Pizza right down the street. Superb pizza.

Seems this store doesn’t care if you get good or bad pizza. Service and quality here has gone so down hill I do t think it will ever get out of the gutter. People can’t wait 90-110 minutes for good pizza much less the bad pizza that this store serves. It amazes me to see all these bad reviews and not 1 comment back from corporate. That is a tell tell sign they don’t care all across the board. Very very sad. We haven’t had a good pizza come from any papa John’s in probably 5 years or so.

Have always liked Papa John’s. My fav is the works, but ordered today on gluten free crust. Order was taken very professionally as always, but when I arrived I was informed that they did not have any GF crust available. I was asked if I wanted it on a regular crust….hello, I CANT EAT IT!! Only reason for 2 stars is inventory people! If you don’t have it, you can’t sell it. Waisted trip to pick up, very disappointed.
