Store #590. We placed an order 4 hours ago and it never got delivered. After not getting our order after an hour, I called to inquire about our order and was told the order was undeliverable because my address was red x’d.. they told me that they would remake and deliver it also if there was an issue I would be called (no call). We never received the order another hour later that they were not able to deliver. We’ll, I now know why their reviews are so bad. This place just needs to shut down. It’s a wonder why Dominos is doing so great.

They are the only pizza place that delivers to our new neighborhood in Kennedale. Had never tried papa John’s before moving in but were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Every delivery has been timely and fresh! Anytime we call for special instructions they make sure to make it happen.

Cheese pizza was good. I love the peppers they put in the box with your order. Free garlic sauce to dip the crust in. Always a classic. Arrived faster than expected and the delivery driver was nice. I tore that pizza up. Heck yeah! Thanks Big Papa J!

BE WARNED!!! They delivered a 2 L bottle that someone had opened up and took a drink out of. I called the manager and he blew it off and offered a credit for my next order instead of realizing how bad disgusting this is from a hygiene perspective. Refused to offer a replacement. The seal was broken and the 2 L bottle was not full. Had to throw away the drink. I was blown away at how careless he was about this.
