Working in the area and decided to order from here despite low rating. Very happy with visit. The staff in here were very friendly the afternoon of 4-24. 2 women and a man. The food was good. Pizzas were made hot and fresh. Will be back.

This was the lowest rating it would let me give. It would’ve been lower. My mother called and placed an order . The order arrived missing parts of what should have came with it and what had been paid for as well. When she called she talked to Jamie one of the managers . She was called a liar by Jamie when she told her the stuff wasn’t sent. So I will admit my mother said a bad word when she called her a liar. Then Jamie hung up on her . I called to find out what was going on. And I was saying yes ma’am and no ma’am to Jamie. I told her my mother had a stroke and has Alzheimer’s. Jamie then told me that didn’t matter to her that everyone has something wrong with them. That was rude . Then she hung up on me when I asked for corporate’s number. Then instead of the GM getting with me she only talked to Jamie and didn’t even care about my side of things . My mother has always loved Papa Johns pizza and tells everyone they are her favorite. However after being treated this way they are the worst in customer service I have ever seen. And they cheated my mother out of her money. I will be doing a protest out in front of papa johns coming soon.

Awful pizza terribly over charged $35 for one large pizza. A disgrace to pizza everywhere. They hardly put any toppings on it hardly any cheese on it even though we ordered extra cheese and extra toppings and paid for the extra. Papa John’s is papa wrong.

Ordered pizza today. No delivery drivers available this week, according to management. Instead they are using Door Dash. They failed to mention this upon ordering. It was one hour and 20 minutes later when we called back to inquire about where our 2 medium pizzas were. They remade our order and it was here in 35 minutes. The pizza is not good anymore. It used to be great. Their sauce used to be awesome. Now their pizza is totally flavorless and skimpy on toppings. I’ll make sure we use Dominos or Marcos next time, just like I asked my husband to do to begin with.
