I’m normally a papa johns fan but that all ended tonight. I was craving pizza so my wife ordered me a meat lovers pizza online like we normally do when we order pizza. It took almost an hour to get it which isn’t the end of the world but when I opened the box not only was it a supreme instead of a meat lovers it was overcooked to the point of almost burnt. DONE!

We ordered a pizza and wings from here two days ago and the pizza was burnt, and you might as well go to wasn’t and get the wings in a bag because those taste better than this restaurants did. we went up and got it replaced, it was still burnt. The next day we went and got another replacement one and guess what? It was STILL BURNT. We just took the pizza home, we got tired of messing with them. They blamed it on the a/c being out, but from the other reviews from a year ago I can tell that’s not the case. Not worth the money. Better luck going to another location or just go to a while other chain.

My wife and I stopped by this location last night and ordered 4 XL pizzas 4 orders of 16 PC wings garlic bread and more, My issue was not the food but it was the staff, the staff was unprofessional not organized and when paying I must have pushed a wrong button cause it gave about a $10 tip which I believe if it was delivered that might have been OK but not for a take out order. I myself will not go back to this location and a delivery guy came into the store with his blue underwear showing not what my wife and I wanted to see. It has been about 20 years since the last time I had papa John’s and as said the food was good not complaining just the staff

Very disappointed this is a fairly new Papa John’s and you hours and delivery information are wrong. I was able to complete a whole order to be called and told I wouldn’t be receiving my order. I’ll stick with dominos and pizza hut as I have in the past!

Tried to order online but the online ordering had a payment malfunction. I tried 2 different cards and went on my phone, and it wouldn’t go through. The in store rep stated he wouldn’t take the online order over the phone and to call customer service to get the online price. I was just trying to get lunch ordered I gave up and went to pizza hut online

Loved my experience with this location! I ordered a lot of different items, one particular thing was the pizza with no cheese. I know, sounds funny, but they accommodated my request with no hesitations. Our food arrived hot, fresh and delicious! I’ll order from there again.

Went to get dinner tonight and only had a lg 1topping reg crust only for $10.99. idk why we couldn’t get a thin crust and they didn’t have any med pizza’s either. Domino’s took care of us tonight with a lg 5 topping w/ thin or reg crust for the same price and med pizza specials as well. Sorry guys you failed us and will not be returning
