This place told my Uber eats driver they don’t make Uber eats orders after 10pm tonight and they cancelled my order. They don’t even close until midnight I have no idea how that makes any sense at all. My order was placed around 1030 tonight. I had no idea it took more than an hr and a half to make two pizzas.

My wife ordered a pizza to be delivered to me at work as a Valentine’s Day surprise. She put speacial instructions to ask for my name instead of the name of who ordered the pizza the delivery driver did not specify this and in result the pizza was not delivered to anyone.

Ive ordered from this location multiple times, and it just got worse and worse. This last time apparently they didnt have drivers and they contracted it out with doordash. This is fine, until they womt fix their issues. I placed an order and tracked it. The app said the order was delievered, but it hadnt been. K gave it about 10 minutes incase there was a glitch or something…still nothing. I begin calling the number for the driver “Hector”. No answer, so I text, no respomse. multiple times. I then call the store and ask about the order, the lady told me that the driver tried to bring my order but couldnt get into the gated community (the address is not a gated community, ive ordered multiple times no issues) she then tells me the driver attempted to call multiple times (a lie as i attemoted to call them as well). She advised she couldnt remake my order because they just got in a big 25 pie order and they were too busy. I understand that they contracted out with doordash, and technically its on them, but aince it was contracted and not order through doordash then doordash wont resolve the issue either. So, just be careful, theyre dumb and rude, and wont fix their issues.

Ordered online and received the order on time and hot as well. Delivery driver was excellent as well however I ordered 6 garlic butters and 3 extra peppers. After receiving none of the extra I called the store to request a refund. It was only around $5.00, but was told they can’t do a half refund and offered to bring them back out or a credit. Didn’t care for delivery and wait on the pizza to get cold or the credit for the missed items. How is it the chain stores now can’t do any sort of customer service? Not to mention when you spend over $60 dollars you think the service would be better. No wonder people don’t want to work anymore given the employees at the store have no control over anything! I’ll stick with anything local from now on!

Horrible service. Estimated delivery was supposed to be 30 min. The pizza wasn’t delivered for 1hr 20min. I would have cancelled it if it weren’t for being out and having a babysitter there. The only thing the store manager, Brittany, would say, “I can cancel the order, we have been really busy.” No, how about apologize and hurry it up. Brittany needs to be trained to actually have customer service.
