The pizza you see here was $8.50 look like for kids.. ordered from Uber eats… You should explain how big it is once someone orders it. There’s like 6 pieces here. Bought to and wasted around $24 dollars for these little kid items. So sad.

Ordered my food through GrubHub. The manager of this location store number 4111 stated to me that he has been at Papp johns for 5 years and he knows how to do his job and he gave my food to the driver who had me in their cue. But yet I have not received not one order spoke to two different drivers who were on my order and neither one of them were given my food. They were both told that someone be had already picked it up. I will never do business with this papa johns again because the manager was not professional and should have gotten the name of the driver that picked up my food supposedly. So now here it is 8 pm and my children have not eaten dinner so I have to figure something out so they can get ready for bed since they have school tomorrow.

Ordered two pizzas yesterday from this place. By the time my food got to me and I grabbed a slice it was super soggy I took a few bites and realized it was the pizza not the ingredients that caused this because I took a bite out of the other pizza after my daughter mentioned her pizza it tasted weird…it was soggy too! I called to report my order and I was transferred to the manager who refused to send me another of the same order or even give me my money back. He told me I need to put it in the oven :/…I refused to accept that as an answer and told him that the pizza he sent me was trash and my order was $45 and I demanded my money or another order. Thankfully, the manager accepted my request and sent me another order which was waaay better cooked. I will not be ordering again from here soon, I was treated as if I was lying. When my new order came in I handed the driver the soggy pizza that has only one slice missing from each from when we realized it was soggy. I can’t believe the way manager handled the situation. Not fair!
