WORST AT ITS BEST!!!!!!.Always wondered why Papa Johns is not doing good. I just found the reason. The worst ever, even though refunded the whole amount, we were hungry and we ended up with 2 pizzas in similar situation. While the pizza was delicious and satisfying, I must say that the overall dining experience was marred by extremely poor service. One staff member, in particular, displayed an alarming level of rudeness and seemed to lack basic customer service skills such as active listening. Furthermore, it was evident that their knowledge of simple math, essential for operating the register, was lacking.

Was in town with 2 high school boys soccer teams for tournament at FC Dallas complex. Manager/staff was easy to work with as ordered 9 pizzas for 10:45am pick-up and another 10 pizzas for 1pm pick-up. Pizzas were hot out-of-the-oven each time we picked up and the boys enjoyed them… mission accomplished. Really like that they open earlier than some other pizza establishments in the area. 10:45am pizza was not an option at a couple of their competitors.

Papa Johns does make a better pizza, no argument about it. The staff is friendly but this is a delivery/pickup place, not a sit-down place. It’s pizza people, not rocket science for X’s sake! Btw, get the stuff crust w/pepperoni, the worker that makes it does it all by hand … and looks annoyed.

First time ordering Papa John’s, EVER. Worst pizza experience. Taste and appearance were poor, pizza was cold and dry. I ordered extra toppings and it was scarce — makes me wonder what “normal” toppings would have been. The pizza was flat and honestly tasted and looked like the pizza you get at a children’s party. Seriously it was so bad. Bland and sooo FLAT. Won’t purchase from this place again. We buy pizza often as business owners, to provide lunch for clients and team members. THANK GOD we tried this at home first and not for business — what an embarrassment.

Worst experience with this location! Had placed an order for delivery , I filled out all of the needed information my contact info and all , ordered at 3:30 pm estimates 4:00pm delivery and nothing ? Not even a call … I called them and they would immediately hang up ! I attempt 6 TIMES !!! And finally someone . I asked for my order and they stated driver called you and you never answered??? I had to go pick up my order and on top of that I included tip smh never again papa Jhons I finally got home with the pizza it was 5:20pm “ they sure do care for the customers “
