I have ordered 3 times from this same place and each order is delivered without the sauces that I ordered and paid for. When I call all I get is oh, sorry. This last time which is today I ordered and had it delivered and of course I order sauce and there was none. I called and asked why it wasn’t with my order and the guy say um i don’t know, so I paid for a delivery and $7 for a tip just so I could go up there myself to get the sauces I purchased. Whats the point of ordering it and it being on your order if they are not going ti send it with your food!! Well I gave you 3 chances and now, I’m done ordering from papa johns in Rockwall. When I showed uo to puck up the rest of my order I asked why was it missed, and I get um well I just got here so.. but I’m sorry.

Stay the ‘EF’ away from the Rockwall location! Terrible, terrible, terrible service – it took over an hour to receive my order. When it arrived not only was it WRONG, it was cold AF! If it were fresh and wrong, they would have gotten a pass and possibly received a 2 star but these degenerates had the testicular fortitude to send our pizzas cold and argue that it was fresh! FOH! Never ordering again from Rockwall location – I drove to the Royce city location for fresh pizza!

Ordered the pepperoni extravaganza from the web site. Got it home no pepperoni. Mngr said I ordered cheese. No effort to make it right just wanted to argue the point. No pepperoni but I did get a hair. Threw it out. First time in my life I threw pizza away. At least the mngr won the argument

I’ve always loved Papa John’s but I’ll never order from them again. I ordered two large pizzas lastnight and NEVER received my order and of course they were closed once I started realizing those pizzas weren’t coming. I hate that I’m forced to leave ONE star when they don’t deserve that.
