When hungry ten year old kids who have been waiting for for their lunch for over an hour say, “This pizza tastes bad” and “Why is this so greasy?”, anyone should no there is a problem. We teachers ordered enough pizza for 40 Fourth Graders from this Papa John’s location and had the worst experience. Over an hour and a half past our students lunchtime went by, and all other classes were already finished eating and enjoying their Last Day parties. We teachers tried to call the store for help, and we were met with rudeness and a “click.”

No stars for this location. End of the year school party and they are over AN HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES LATE. Manager and general manager were incredibly rude on the phone and disappointed 40 fourth graders on their very last day of school. They did not offer a refund or anything. Unacceptable. Manager hung up on me the last time I called, they left me on hold forever, and did not do their job!!!!! I placed the order at 10:00, when the store opened.

It’s 7pm, middle of dinner rush and I order pizza and bread sticks online as I usually do every 2 weeks. Google says the location is open but as soon as I come up the the restaurant, hand written sign that they’re closed. I’ve seen several other people come up disappointed seeing the sign on the door as I’m on the phone trying to get a hold of a manager for my order but over 3 minutes and no answer from anybody.

I have ordered from this specific store several times. Every time, they have left out multiple items from my order and sent either cold or burnt food. Not luke-warm, not “thin crust so it’s crispy”. Burnt or cold to the touch. The managers are not helpful whatsoever. I will never order from this location again. I’ve ordered from papa Js my whole life and never had the experience I’ve had with this specific store. It’s TERRIBLE!!

Ordered online for pick up. Pizza was ready when I arrived about 20 minutes later. Store appeared clean. Cashier double-checked to make sure the toppings were right and the condiments I requested were included. I like that they keep their Parmesan cheese packets in the fridge. The pizza was good, normal amount of sauce & cheese, 3-4 slices of pepperoni and 4-6 pieces of sausage per slice of pizza. Good price. No disappointments.
