Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread for carry out. Got home and bit into a piece of the pizza to find a piece of hair baked between the dough and cheese. Called the store and the manager refunded the order. While I appreciate the willingness of the manager to get this fixed, he is the one who made the pizza and should have been wearing a hairnet/beard net if he was going to be making food. Will not be returning to this location.

I can’t believe these are actually advertised here! I opened up every single last roll to find disappointment after disappointment. I ordered the Spicy Pepperoni Rolls and ended up with just uncooked dough with almost zero sauce. It comes with 8 rolls. Each roll either had nothing inside or just 1 small pepperoni and 1 jalapeño in each with zero sauce in some and a pinch of sauce in the others. Very disappointed as this was my first time trying this. Don’t know if this goes on at just the 11th St. location or not.

Things didn’t show up with my order and I called back three times and they said they would send it out and I never showed I called him back and he said why did I wait 3 hours and then I told him that I was busy I had to walk my dogs I had to do other things and that he told me it sent out on doordash but no one ever showed up with my stuff he told me well there’s nothing I can do about it and acted like I was lying to him. I call I will call corporate and I will call the better Business bureau and report the fact that they won’t even give me a refund for the item or give me the item the service and management there at the store on 11th and Delaware in Tulsa Oklahoma are rude and just rude the rude. It makes me not want to ever order from Papa John’s again. I spent $85 and some change and I can’t get something that was $8 replaced that I never received I think that’s a shame they need to give me a refund on my money my money at least.

I was having issues ordering a pizza online with a coupon. The customer service representative transferred me to the store. The person at the store wanted to transfer me to technical support! Really..? I just wanted to order a pizza and use my coupon. I won’t be going to Papa John’s anywhere anymore. Customer service is beginning to become extinct.

Ordered delivery for office lunch. 30-40 minutes delivery time. I got notification saying food was delivered and checked the front desk. Called the store and was told the driver couldn’t find my location and called several time but no one answered…… Security cameras show the driver pulling in our office parking lot NEVER GETTING OUT OF HIS VEHICLE! He claimed he called the number on file (my personal cell) but I never received any calls. My food was returned to the store and I was told I could cancel the order or pickup….. I ordered delivery because I was unable to LEAVE WORK to pick up. So the manager told me that they could cancel my order and refund me or just keep my money and I could order at another time. Terrible customer service. Completely dissatisfied. This situation could have been felt with in a much better manner.
