The pizza didn’t have the flavor that Papa John’s pizza usually has. It didn’t taste bad. But it definitely wasn’t as good as normal. Whoever made the pizza needs to learn about topping placement, because the toppings were pretty much just tossed in the center of the pizza.

Always consistently delicious. Love the sauce. Love the Garlic Butter and the mildly Hot Peppers that come with your order. For chain pizza, it does not get better. first time we’ve eaten pizza from Papa John’s. The family really enjoyed it. While we only had pepperoni and cheese, everyone agreed it was good. We like this Papa John’s location…only downside is that they will sometimes quote the wrong amount of time then you’re left sitting in a very awkward waiting area.

Bad pizza and very dishonest! There was a problem with the order and they promised next time I would get free pizza. NOT! they would not honor their word. Papa John’s is not a reputable company anymore.

Ordered at 7.37pm not ready until 9.40pm while I understand Halloween is a busy night our estimated time was 40-50 minutes. When we opened the boxes we got the wrong pizza, one wasn’t even cut. We called to get it fixed somehow and the employee was extremely rude telling us they’ve been out of thin crust for 2 hours, but our order was placed over 2 hours before we called. Offered no fix and told my husband “well the sticker on the box says your name right?” Which doesn’t matter if the pizza isn’t right, let alone not cut at all. Very annoyed. Will be calling back in the morning to speak with a manager.

I purchased two papadias. One had nothing but banana peppers and the philly had onions an I thought I seen a peace of meat. I can’t be sure. This place is worthless at best.

i called in and ordered a pizza at 7:15. the guy was friendly but after he collected my card number and all my contact information he hung up sort of abruptly and sent me to a survey. i didnt think much of it and figured if he missed anything he would call me back. he didnt give me a timeframe so i waited about an hour for the pizza. I called back to check and they had no order for me. the girl i was speaking to told me i should call the other 6 locations and see if the call center sent it to the wrong one. i asked to speak with a manager so she put me on hold and came back acting like i wouldnt recognize her voice and said “Hi, this is the manager”. i asked if i reordered how long it would be she told me 2 hours. i said…..its 8:30?… she told me i had to go at the back of the que and she had over 100 orders in front of me.

I wanna give a huge shout out to this Papa John’s!!! The staff is great. Delivery drivers are so nice. James has been so good to us. They messed up on an order and they were eager to make sure they fixed it for next time. Not to mention their wings are AMAZING!!!! You guys do an awesome job. You guys will be hearing from us often!! Thank you for all your help and great hospitality!
