I am a truck driver and decided let me hit up some Papa Johns well done thin crust pizza and wings. I was shocked when the Pizza arrived and looked horrible. Cheese stuck to one side and half the pizza wasn’t cut. The cheese wasnt even melted to the pizza. The pizza was cold and wasn’t well done. Spoke to manager and said the cheese pizza comes out hot and if the driver puts it in the bag it will slide to one side. Well let’s correct that since we know the issue. Not a happy customer. Always liked papa johns but this just wasn’t good. Will not be getting anything else from this location.

As a doordasher I deliver at a lot of places. But this Papa John’s really upset me, mainly because the manager David decided to take it upon himself to be discriminatory rude and confrontational because of the use of a bathroom. He needs to be fired because obviously he’s not very good with black people he’s not very good with any person and if I can talk to his boss I would explain exactly what happened he is the worst because he is a small man with a god-like complex who likes to abuse his authority as if his job as a manager at Papa John’s is going to get him somewhere. Used to love Papa John, this location needs attention. The dough is not good, nor the ingredients and not even the simple tools to cut/slice the pizza. Waited almost 10 minutes for a preordered and prepaid pizza.

Ordered pizza at 10pm, at 11:30 I called to see if it was coming because the app hadn’t updated from “making” to “baking” yet. They said yes, they used doordash to deliver my pizzas, they arrived at 12:15am. Over 2 hours after I had ordered, and 15 minutes after the location had closed. My large stuffed crust box came sealed and EMPTY! There was obviously never a pizza in that box! I called this morning and “it’s out of our hands after door dash picks it up” seriously? So I ended up cooking after midnight last night because there wasn’t enough pizza for everyone and they intend on doing nothing to resolve it.

Went there for carry out tonight. Walked in and three staff members saw me and no one said hi or anything while i stood there for 5 minutes before they acknowledge a customer standing there. Then after they argued with me about filling out a tip on the receipt. Shame on these staff for cursing the name of poppa john. Never coming back
