One was kind of friendly, the other 2, wouldn’t say anything but none of that is the issue.. I seen things in there being done while picking up a DD, that would make the Health Department, shut it down immediately w/o consent from any higher up nor a chance to get it together.. They would have to get it together, afterwards (more training etc) that excludes any nit-picking, unethical practices, this was just things there Health Department wouldn’t stand for… Excluding, what type of condition the store was in, this is just about, what the employees were/weren’t properly doing..

Was super excited to be able to finally order a pizza from one of the most popular pizza places near PAPA JOHNS. We ordered the Epic Pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and the crust looked and tasted not cooked. So I have to say it wasn’t very tasteful. Also it WAS WAY TOo expensive.

Ordered pepperoni pizza, it was great. Ordered garlic wings, they were meh, not much flavor. Ordered Chicken Alfredo. They forgot the alfredo noodles somehow. That’s the whole point of alfredo. Very confused how you could forget the main ingredient of alfredo.

Never had a problem in years, until tonight. Ordered 2 large. One was to be well done the other just a regular large pizza. When we got them they had raw dough throughout. Called to get our order remade and was told that can’t happen. I told him it had. He then told reluctantly they would remake the pizzas at no cost. Odd thing to say. When we went to pick the pizzas up, at first they said they didn’t know what we were talking about. The counter person then b questioned us again about what was wondering with the pizzas. Again we showed the raw dough and he agreed that it needed to be remade. Then he asked why we wanted the other pizza remade! Really? How about we wanted two hot pizzas at the same time? How about they both had raw dough inside. We got our order and it was just not that good. The topping were just tossed on one side and they did not taste very good.

One of our favorite restaurant to take out from and to eat in. We have been going to this place for many years and every time we get great service in the food always taste very good. There are hostas in. Their servers are always nice and polite. We will go back for more.

This is the fourth time orders, since, we’ve moved to Edmond. The crust is neverrrrrr done. We have to put it in the oven. And the stuff crust is not edible. I hate this. Since it is our favorite but we will be finding another unfortunately

We have ordered the six cheese cheese bread from the Papa Johns on 2nd street in Edmond for years because it’s the only pizza(cheese bread) my son will eat. Today, for the first time, it came doused in seasoning for some weird reason. My son was so disappointed. I called to ask to have another one made without the seasoning and the guy on the phone insisted on arguing with me about how it has ALWAYS come with that seasoning on top and there’s NO WAY to have them leave it off. If it had always come with it, we wouldn’t have continued to order it. I’m not sure if the management has changed at that location but no one should be treated like that. We will be finding another place to get our pizza.

This location has completely lost it. I ordered a pizza, dough was raw. I called and they sent out a 2nd one, dough was raw. Unbelievable. I’ve seen other reviews of people getting food poisoning, I wonder why. The managers response was “all the pizzas go in the oven for the same amount of time, sir”. So you don’t check anything? You just assume? What kind of cooks do you have and more importantly what kind of manager doesn’t manage their staff and business? Are your managers not servsafe certified by the health department? I’ve managed restaurants for years, never have I handled a situation this way. Corporate needs to clean this location up big time, or raise the hiring pay so they can get some people in there with at least SOME level of competence.

Staff was friendly and efficient. We ordered on the app and had a 50% off because the cowboys won. They have pretty good rewards. We tried their chicken alfredo with canadian bacon and it was really good. We would definately return to this location. They also have calorie information on all their food which is awesome. We will try the chicken poppers next time.
