Don’t waste your time with this burnt cardboard they call pizza. I’ve had better pizza from the frozen isle at Walmart. The boneless chicken wings taste like they came out of a microwaved TV dinner. Total waste of $90, would have been better off eating at at a gas station.

Do you see this? This is a perfect pie! I called you guys to have the same exact pizza delivered to the hospital, but waited at the front door with no sign of a Papa John’s delivery driver. I am just so glad that I did not prepaid debit for the order that I placed at Papa John’s or I would’ve been out 30 bucks. If you are really interested in raising your review from a 3.8 to 4.5, then you need to pay attention to your customers orders and at least make an effort to deliver. Very dissatisfied!

Ordered online for delivery and gave this restaurant $40 that’s tip included for a disgusting and old looking pizza and burned wings. When I called to speak with manager (he) explained this is how the food always come prepared and I explained to him that he wasn’t being honest. I and I do mean I will not ever eat from another Papa Johns, we wasted money eating here. The crust, toppings and wings were truly a disgrace. I have never had a bad pizza from this place, nor have I ever gotten sick from their food. However, I did once witness a PJ employee answer the phone and then go back to rolling dough without washing his hands in between. Maybe it was a one off, but I don’t know. Like I said, the pizza has never actually made me sick and it tastes pretty good. Just sayin’.

I would not recommend this place for big parties or board meetings. I ordered 11 pizzas for a work related event, paid for over the phone, and asked to have them delivered at a certain time. During that conversation with the employee I was hung up on after asking. The pizza was delivered not only 45 minutes early but with no sauces. When I called them back to tell them the pizza was delivered too early they said “sorry I was trying to please you” and hung up on me again. The level of professionalism and customer service courtesy is 0 to none. Although I understand the effort of delivering early, sometimes thats not always best. Number 1 priority of customer service is understanding your customer. The company I work for will not be ordering here again.

Ordered a Shaq pizza and removed the extra cheese that it came with and selected regular cheese. My pizza arrived with absolutely 0 cheese and only sauce. I called in and informed the lady and she was very rude and stated that it said no cheese. I informed her it didn’t it that it said -EXTRAcheese but I selected for regular. She told me that maybe next time I order pizza I should know to answer my phone because she tried calling me once and that they will remake it but it may be a while and just to be sure to send the other pizza back with the delivery driver. Not even a single apology from her just rudeness. However the delivery driver apologized for the mess up.

I have been a faithful customer with these guys. I ordered a small sausage pizza, and it came with meatballs. Called them up so it could be fixed and they told me it was my fault. You guys lost a great customer today, and i reccomend everyone else to go too Pizza Hut. Terrible customer service.

* editing my review… been going to this place for many many yrs and let’s just say since COVID this place has gone down hill, as most fast food restaurants have. I have an autistic child that only eats the cheese breed as she calls it her cheese pizza. Since COVID though it never has much cheese on it…. we pay more now for food yet always get less and if u want what u use to get u have to pay more to get the right amount of cheese like it once was. Smh just sad. And I had to have our order fix a few times and the lady was kind of rude well yes RUDE! This time some of it was under cooked but I’m not even going to bother calling them cause I don’t want to deal with rudeness.
