3rd time I tried this papa John’s because my boyfriend prefers it but he agree this place has been awful and takes forever. I walk in once my app says my order is ready, but it really isn’t ready and then the cutter calls my name out and puts it on the shelves. Waited 5-10 minutes for someone to finally handed me my stuff. Got home there’s a inch of crust and ¼ of the pizza didn’t have no toppings. Our boneless wings looked like the leftovers at the bottom of the bag, tiny little bits.

My aunt ordered a pizza and cinnamon buns and the driver and I guess your driver got hungry and he ate one of our pull apart cinnamon buns. We took a picture for apartment 14 I don’t know where his hands have been?

I ordered a 2 topping medium carryout pizza. The email said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there after 20 minutes and had to wait another 15 minutes for it to be done (and this wasn’t during peak times). Once I got home, I realized one of my toppings wasn’t on the pizza. I really started to get annoyed at that point. Usually, I let simple things slide, but I was going to have them make me another, but they wouldn’t even answer the phone calls. Avoid this place at all costs. Luckily, the coupon I used was good, otherwise I’d be very annoyed. Definitely the last time I’ll ever go there! 0/5.

Order never showed up, manager said it was delivered. Sent driver back here to same building and he said food still sitting outside my door, and he knocked 3 times and I didn’t answer. I said it’s not here and no one knocked,they continue to argue that they were at correct address and food is outside. She would not give her name. Said she would refund to my card but would take 3 to 5 days, so I requested cash refund to order somewhere else but they refused this people it’s not good my family was starving and went to bed hungry food never showed up it was to late to order somewhere else definitely not recommend this restaurant

This place has gone downhill over time. They are either a hit or a miss, I’ve seen burned pizzas, dry over cooked sides and expired sodas. The customer service is good but there is a huge amount of stress that comes with expecting to provide food to the nice guys who are moving your furniture and to be embarrassed when only a fourth of the food you just spent $100 on is even edible. That is downright ridiculous and disrespectful

Passing through Conaway, Arkansas ordered thin crust lage pizza from here, arrived cold, cold, and cold, and just was not good at all. Took forever to get to the room. Do not look to get a decent pie from here after a day on the road. It’s terrible! Better off with snickers and a coke from the vending machine.

The service was wonderful. My wife and I showed up late evening. This means the dining area was closed clean and presentable. The staff was very busy seemingly overwhelmed yet still greeted us with a smile and positive attitude.

They say you cant out pizza the hut, but i just out papa’d the John. First off, f the little call center baloney. If i call, i dont want to speak to none other than the actual store. That alone will keep me from using this company ever again. However after i ask for a 2 liter root beer thats what i want. Not a run down of all the drinks so i can repeat myself about the root beer. Called in a order to pick up. When i get there only the pizza is ready. Nothing else. Even tho multiple stickers on the box said what all was ordered. Well i ask for the things missing and they ate handed to me (thank you sir) but then instead of checking me out they turn and walk away. I stand there, and even ask for some peppers to draw attention. I get the peppers, and again, they turn their back to me. Well, i did the same. Thanks for the $30 FREE PIZZA so maybe if you do better next time (there wont be one) maybe ill pay. Overall thats a 1/10 for the call center and 3/10 for the store. And those 3 are simply cause it was F R E E

First time ordering for delivery with Papa John’s since I moved here from Texas. Website was easy to navigate. Directed 39 to 49 min. (For delivery) Was way less than that on a Friday night. Was very fast. Food was hot, fresh and exactly what I ordered. Delivery driver was so sweet. I looked on the receipt hoping her name was on it so I could give a proper shout out. She had difficulty finding my exact apartment because the numbering is crazy. But she had the greatest attitude. 15% wasn’t enough and I wish I’d tipped more for this excellent service. Will definitely call on this store again. 5
