Placed an online order, then immediately called and changed time to a later time. Apparently…they made the pizzas for the original time. Pizza is stone cold. Feeling like Little Ceasars would have been better. Kinda annoyed for paying 40 for two cold pizzas.

What else can I say but damn I am highly impressed with this company! I dont usually leave crazy good reviews but wow I was blown away ok so I just call up I get amazing customer service over the phone like im stunned and thought it was fake number but no there customer service is top notch. Then my pizza gets here super hot and fresh and convenient delivery driver so super respectful I am seriously satisfied with the service from Papa Johns 5/5 man whatever you guys are doing keep it up!

It was a crazy day and I had my 3yr old with me and asked for bbq on the side of the popcorn style chicken. there was a mix up, but they fixed it on the spot the staff that day was awesome! Thank you for everyone’s help and keep up the hard work, y’all made my day better.

So disappointing. The crust isn’t as good as it use to be, requested light sauce and it was still way too much, the toppings on one was literally just dropped into the center. The staff are still friendly and pizza was delivered timely. Just wish the product itself was better.

I am disappointed with my recent order from the Papa John’s Pizza location in Cabot, AR. The pizza I received was the wrong size and was also more expensive than what I normally would pay. When I called the store to voice my concerns, the representative, Jackson, informed me that the pizza shrank when it was put into the oven and there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. I am extremely disappointed with this level of customer service and I want to make sure that it is known that the Cabot, AR location is not being truthful in their actions. If this is the kind of customer service I can expect to receive, I will probably not be ordering from Papa John’s in the future. I hope that this is not the case and that future orders can be fulfilled correctly and at the prices that are consistent with what is normally charged.

This was the worst $30 I have ever spent- my pizza is actually freezing cold in the middle the two workers obviously were just ready to go home- so disappointed in you u Papa John’s- you say never frozen well maybe your employees need to learn to reheat better!!!

I would normally leave a great review but .. my pizza was definitely not cooked long enough. It was soggy in the center so when you picked it up everything slid off. The bread sticks were great as were the wings. Pizza gets a thumbs down

Just not a good pizza. New jalapeno cheese balls or whatever they are called were doughy and tasteless. Same for the pizza. I’m really having trouble getting good pizza around here or good food for that matter. I guess getting good help is the problem.
