Ordered the New Yorker pizza yesterday, and it’s a regular large pizza. I am very disappointed, misleading with the size I should have went with my first choice and got the other pizza place New Yorker pizza. If this is a new Yorker slice I hate to see the size of a large pizza now

This is honestly the worst experience. They apparently deliver through DoorDash. My food was never delivered. DoorDash says to the manager on duty that they delivered it and that they took a picture…manager lady called me a liar because DoorDash says they left it. Have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back because they couldn’t resend it as they have no delivery drivers. I’ll never order papa johns again due to this interaction.

I love to eat pizza. Papa johns does have great pizza. Not so much there garlic bread. I don’t like their wings either. They are high in prices. When there is other great pizzas to eat that are less then what papa johns charge

Wish I could give a ZERO rating. We are very regular customers of this Papa John’s. After waiting 1 1/2 hours tonight (the estimate was up to 52 minutes when I placed the order), I called the store. I was told Door Dash didn’t pick up the pizza that has been sitting there. Never received an apology, or acknowledgement that they should have called me (NOTE: it was after 10:00 when I called them. When were they going to deliver? Midnight???). And the Papa John’s Tracker showed the pizza was on the way. Now I have to scramble to find something for dinner. Thanks for nothing Papa John’s.

We normally order from here and have great service. Sadly to say one particular delivery driver demanded we pick our pizza up at the leasing office during closed hours at that. We had no problem meeting him outside but the leasing office , since when ? Called up to the store and they had an attitude and kept telling us it’s the drivers decision. Well I’ve made a decision to take my money else where from now on.
