The pizza was made just as I ordered it. There was no wait time at the pick-up. Parking can be very difficult as this place is located in the very best location. Make sure to check your order before you leave.

Food always delivers on flavor but at times when ordering the stuffed crust. the crust is a bit raw underneath the cheese. Staff is very friendly but the service is absurd on the timing of them completing orders. Half of the visits I had to wait for a long time to get one pizza.

Some of my favorite brand of pizza, but never order delivery from this store. Our order is in line with other reviews; delivery was over 30 minutes late and cool enough we had to warm it up in the microwave. No apologies or explanations for the delay. The receipt showed “pizza out” over 45 minutes before delivery. I’m sure it’s Covid related staffing for the benefit of the doubt, but for my money it’s worth ordering pizza that tastes fresh when you get it. If you are thinking delivery, try Dominos or Pizza Hut nearby.

Poor managment … Nothing like waiting over a hour for all our food to be rubber and cold .. And then they set it pressed up against our screen door so when we open it 60 dollars worth of food starts falling .. Common sense and niceness does not run in this store .. Go to pizza hut or dominos .. Save your money ..

Today was one of the worst experiences I have recieaved from papa johns I had ordered food on the app, waited an hour said it was being delivered, but 20 min later they cancelled my order I called the store, waited on hold for 10 min, and was hung up on I called back and someone answered I explained I had waited over an hour for my order to be canceled where she told me they had used doordash to deliver my order and they had voided it which gives me know reason as to why, ( my address is spot on the gps) then told they could redo the order but it would take another hour I understand they are short and they used another delivery driver but I think this is ridiculous I wasn’t the one to cancel and yet no driver or customer service called to give me a reason and wanted me to wait another hour for the food I had order an hour and 20 min before that! My money was refunded but I didn’t want the money back, and telling me that doesn’t make it better ya I’m glad you didn’t keep it cause I’m not paying for nothing but I wanted my food witch is Why I ordered it

The pizza was okay. Probably because it was done 20 minutes before I picked it up. That was due to the fact that they do not deliver 3.5 miles away. Apparently its “too far” for the delivery drivers at papa John’s to drive. Worst experience yet. Will definitely question whether or not I order next time from them. Could have gotten 5 pizzas from little ceazers for what I paid for two and probably would have driven the same distance.
