Over all my experience and food was good…until I got to the wings. DO NOT order the boneless wings, you’d be better off buying some frozen great value chicken in a bag and air frying it. Seems like that’s what they did anyways but with worse chicken. Honestly If I got a refund for the chicken I’d change my review to 5 stars, although my dog would give the chicken 5 stars.

What a terrible customer service. They really need to pay attention to what they are doing. They had the nerve to tell me “opps”, “oh well, can’t do nothing about it”. What about my correct pizza or a refund???? Horrible! They lost a customer! I would love to hear back from corporate on how their employees don’t do their job correctly.

Ordered two steak papadillas online and the first order was completely wrong, called in and they sent remakes of the both. Got barely any meat in them still on both. I dont mean to be a karen but money is money and if im paying for something id like what im paying for.

I have to say that I don’t think that I will be getting pizza from Papa John’s again. First, I called my order in and could barely understand the the person on the other end of the line. I would prefer to talk to someone that I don’t have to keep asking to repeat themselves. Then after getting to the store to pick up my pizzas, there was only one person working, so there was a 25 minute wait. I really don’t think that after I had to wait for nearly half an hour, and having to pay nearly $40 for 2 pizzas, Papa John’s doesn’t want my business.

I tried placing an order thru the app and received a notification that delivery was suddenly no longer available. Ended up ordering through Uber eats and had a whole other set of issues and was told by the manager that I could place the order through their system. Called the number which reroutes to a call center. The young lady who answered said she would connect me to the store and was asked if I could hold. 10 minutes later, I hung up. Dominos it is.

During a stressful PCS I ordered pizza, wings, and breadsticks and was trying to multi task at the same time and thought I choice delivery, instead I chose the pick up option. Once I called i realized l had chosen the pick up option the lady I spoke to assured to me it wasn’t a problem and switched it to delivery and even offered to remake my pizza. Once we received it all of our food was fresh and delicious! The delivery driver was nice and respectful! I love papa Johns but this experience made me love them even more!! Thank you all for your hard work and great customer service we will miss you when we leave!
