As a customer who recently visited Papa John’s and used the app to order a limited edition item, I must say that my experience was quite positive. Despite the app’s incorrect estimate of the cooking time, the actual wait time at the location was significantly shorter than anticipated. Papa John’s bailed us out big time! We had placed an order in advance for 22 pizzas at Dominos across the street, and when we got there to pick up our order, no one was there. Someone eventually showed up and told us our order wasn’t made and wouldn’t be made for more than an hour. No one called us, no one cared. With more than 60 people expecting to be fed soon, we went across the street to Papa John’s. Not only did they make all our pizzas in less than 40 minutes, Sabrina was so kind, and so committed to making sure we were fully taken care of. My gratitude is deep.

Ordered a large one topping hamburger pizza cut in squares. There was maybe 2 oz of meat. Four pieces had no meat on them. It was pretty much crust, sauce and cheese. What happened to the days when pizza had a fair amount of toppings? Now I remember why I don’t eat Papa John’s. Very disappointed.

Ordered a few pizzas. This bug came with one of them. I was appalled and grossed out. They told me I would have to drive back to the store with this evidence, which is not practical for how far away we live, so I’m leaving the evidence here. I can’t believe the combination of gross and poor customer service.

I had a wrong pizza delivered to me and they were so on top of it they brought the correct pizza out before I even had everyone at the table. That is good service. Almost every time I’ve been at this location it has been very fast and the pizza always tastes super fresh and isn’t greasy.

Came in a week or so ago, & had ordered a pizza in person, because I forgot to submit my online order in advance while at home lol. Chad not only ensured I ordered the correct thing in person, but also ensured my pizza was made exceptionally fast, tasted amazing, & asked if I needed anything while I waited for my order while I was there. Amazing customer service, & amazing pizza! Won’t order from anyone/anywhere else.

I am not one to do a review for a negative reason, but, this experience needs to be shared. First, I ordered online at 5:15PM for carry out. I received notification that my pizza would be ready in 17 min. I had a very busy evening ahead. When I picked up my pizza it looked terrible and the toppings were wrong. I had invited a prospective care assistant for my son and asked specifically what she liked on her pizza. At this point I regretted asking her and ordering the pizza. I called to adv. my order was wrong and the extra cheese I paid for was not on the pizza. I was answered by a frustrated employee who was busy and had already made up her mind I was trying to complain for free food. She mentioned a few times that two or less pieces of the pizza could be missing to exchange for the correct order. I advised I do not have time to drive back to the store as I had picked up my son (who is wheelchair bound) and I could not bring him in. The employee adv. that the General Manager would be bringing the new pizza out to me (again mentioning I had to return the messed up one) I drove back to pick up the pizza with my kids setting me back 15 min. When I got back to the location I had to park in front of another store in the strip mall because the delivery drivers were occupying two of the parking spots right in front of the store (including designated handicapped parking) I called to adv. I was there and waited an additional nineteen minutes for the pizza. By the time I had the pizza in hand and was on my way back home it was 6:45 PM. The manager mentioned she was glad that the employee was able to resolve the problem for me. This was insulting because the problem had cost me my evening, late feeding for my kids, cancellation of my appointment, and it seemed to me that as a result of their mistake I was made to work around what was convenient for the busy pizza place and the standoffish employees. I was offered no refund or compensation for the trouble. The manager was sure to collect the messed up order and walked back into the busy store as I am sure they had many more pizzas to make and deliver. I am disappointed because I order from this place regularly and was treated like an order number and then a crook when I called about the order being wrong. My time was wasted and disregarded, I will not be spending hard earned money here again.
