Giving this a low rating because the girl I spoke with was friendly and able to communicate properly to customers. The problem was the quality of the food, which I was not the only person complaining this day. I waited for my food as it cooked “fresh”, and once completed, I paid and left. The reason I did not do a quality check in store is because they had a line behind me and already had a difficult customer after me. When I got home to open my pizza, the entire thing was not edible. Hard as a rock, and not made with any sort of logic or care. My kids didn’t even eat it. We spent $34 on pizza for this! What happened to Papa John’s? This was once a high end establishment that our beat the Hut or Dominos?

Kind and friendly staff. Delivery orders are sometimes missing small items such as Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes when requested. Outside of that , it’s a great option for a reasonably priced pizza.

We order from this location often. Tonight they gave us boneless wings when we ordered traditional, which I can’t have since I’m gluten intolerant. When I called them about it they made us some traditional ones and delivered them pretty quick! Very much appreciated!

Just got my order delivered and the pizza is burnt and the bottom crust is all coming off/falling apart. I ordered spicy Italian sausage and pepperoni and there is barely enough to have 2 pieces per slice. I order Papa Johns regularly and this one is pretty disappointing. This was delivered by a Doordash driver. Isn’t there supposed to be a seal so it cant be tampered with during delivery? This one was not sealed.

I ordered a regular crust, small, Cheese pizza that cost nine dollar and some change and the woman on the phone had a hard time speaking clearly in English. Got the pizza and brought home and it had no pizza sauce on it and was cut strangely. My granddaughter wouldn’t eat it because of that. Horrible. Need people on the phone that understand and speak English!!!

This location has terrible management and all Papa John’s are terrible about getting orders correct. I only received one item of my order and it took an hour and a half to show up. I called the store they told me they could remake the order, but it would be another 45 minutes before it would show up. I only asked for my tip back and they wouldn’t even do that. I will honestly will never eat Papa John’s again. This kind of thing happens all the time.

Unless this place is better managed and staffed, it will go under. The service and product are very subpar, and I would like to tell the manager what I observed at the shop. It was not okay. We ordered delivery, but after time had passed, we called to find that our subpar pizzas were sitting at the shop getting cold. There is a market for this service so surely the owner would not like to continue these slovenly practices. The blame is with the owner who is lacking in oversight.

Just got carryout from this Papa John’s for the first time. It was the most perfectly cooked Papa John’s I’ve had. Speed was on point and the staff was extremely friendly. We even ordered one pizza with special sauce and cheese restrictions, and the pizza was made exactly as specified. Hard to beat a carryout special of 8 bucks for a large! Will definitely be making the drive to this location next time the craving hits.

I’m 1.5 miles away from the store and my pizza took over 2 hours to arrive and I was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes for a cheese pizza… They have you take the survey after you order and of course they’re friendly but there’s no survey for your the horrible service after you wait almost two hours for your pizza
