Not sure what’s going on with this location but I have had two orders messed up. Wrong toppings, missing items… The first time I called they offered me a refund or credit towards my next order. I figured I’m going to order again so I just took the credit. They swindled me apparently you can’t use credit with any deals so everything is full price I paid double on my second order so my credit was just washed out and it still wasn’t good they could have mentioned that and I would have just requested a refund (get a refund if they mess up). I didn’t call and complain the second time I just won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

Spent $51.51 including $6.28 tip on pizza just to be disappointed and not receive items I was told was replaced with other items. I got home and found out the garlic sauce they was out of and was suppose to be replaced by ranch was no where to be found. So I wasn’t reimbursed nor did I receive my product paid for. Don’t ever order extra toppings because you won’t get it. I ordered a one topping epic stuff crust with bacon and paid for extra bacon. I had hardly any bacon on my pizza. My other pizza, which, was the same, but with two toppings and half jalapeño. That pizza had hardly any meat on it. So I paid extra for this and extra for that and did t receive any of it. Highly disappointed!! I will stick with buying frozen pizza.

If I could give this location no stars at all, I absolutely would! I made an order through the app and was told 30 mins till arrival. I go about my night waiting for my pizza and then go to check the progress just to see that my order had been cancelled without any explanation or notification. Now I’m super hungry and upset. I will never order from this location again and I recommend you don’t either unless you want to be left hungry.

I normally would give this store a 5 stars but after tonight I’m seriously considering driving to other locations for my pizza. The pizzas were not cut all the way thru. When I came into to pay the employee was great but the manager that handed me my two pizzas and one side of wings was okay at first but when I asked for parmesan and red pepper the smile left his face immediately he handed me one pack of each. I said I’m feeding five people. He was rude grabbed four more of each and said ” that should be enough…” well it was not…. and after my experience with a Manger who is rude and does not wear a hair net having long hair flying everywhere not properly secured no gloves while making my food. As I walked into him boxing them and he had none on. I will not be back to this location til I know he is not there.

I wish I would’ve looked at the pizza before I got home with it. I ordered extra pizza sauce & there was close to no sauce on the pizza. It didn’t look very appetizing to begin with so I put it in the oven on broil for a minute or two. It was so dry I couldn’t eat it.. The sauce is my favorite part. There also was no garlic sauce or pepper in the box. I just wasted my time & money on this one.

Very disappointed. Haven’t eaten at a Papa John’s in a few years (back when Papa John was still CEO). Heard the chain had gone downhill bad but wanted something different for dinner and remembered always liking their pizza. Mistake. Employees looked pretty grimy. Not working all day at a hot oven grimy, but like haven’t showered in several days and all your face piercings getting infected grimy. Pizza was overcooked, dried out, and cold. Taste was equivalent to a cheap frozen pizza. Chain should not have run Papa John off.

Cold pizza, hardly any sauce on the wings, forgot my 2 liter Pepsi, quality seal broken on both the pizza and wings. $48 order asked for napkins which didn’t receive. 2 stars is pushing it but im not that negative of a person!
